The location is great and the accommodations match what was listed. A few issues that could have provided a much better experience were there any communication available with the hosts. I did not receive the door app invite until I reached out to Hotels.com customer service (well after the agreed check in time), this was after 2 messages left on the app, the phone number provided was incorrect and when I looked up the correct number, just an answering service, so no response. No toilet paper and the internet cut out on Thursday; but of course, no one to reach out to. I did eventually get a response from Miles about the door app a day AFTER check in and the internet this morning after I checked out. Could be a great place to stay, but the lack of communication is unfortunate.
