Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Familie Dessano Massimo ist sehr nett hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, Spaziergang in die Stadt möglich. Zum Strand braucht man ein Auto (Strand sauber und nicht so überlaufen). Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Sardinien, aber würden eine andere Gegend wählen, weil wir dort schon waren. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Unser Aufenthalt hier war sehr schön. Das Außengelände ist wunderbar und wir haben die überdachte Terasse gerne für uns genutzt. Orosei ist ein authentischer Ort in dem in erster Linie gelebt wird. Es gibt Orte, die offenbar nur für Touristen bestehen, in Orosei ist das anders. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen und empfehlen sie daher gerne weiter.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Orosei

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage bei Massimo und seiner Familie. Die Familie ist super gastfreundlich und zu jeder Zeit ansprechbar, da sie mit im Haus wohnt. Bei Fragen konnten sie uns sofort weiterhelfen. Die Wohnung ist zudem mit allem was man für einen kurzen Urlaub braucht ausgestattet und hat für eine kleine Familie eine ausreichende Größe. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigeren Teil von Orosei von dort kann man mit dem Auto alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände in der Umgebung anfahren. Wir empfehlen die Bäckerei Su Recreu, die 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schöne Wohnung nahe Ortszentrum

Alles war zu unser vollsten Zufriedenheit- trotz Treppe kleinkindergerecht, da man ein Treppenschutz erhalten könnte - mind 1 Babystuhlaufsatz vorhanden. Hatten tolle Ferien, die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Gerne wieder !

Super Wohnung in schönem Ort

Eine sehr saubere, schöne Wohnung in guter Lage in dem netten Ort Orosei. Bis auf eine Spülmaschine, die wir aber nicht benötigten, ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Sehr angenehm sind die Klimaanlagen im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer. Toll die Möglichkeit , unter dem Olivenbaum im Garten zu essen. Obwohl der Vermieter im selben Haus wohnt, ließ man uns total in Ruhe. In den Ort gelangt man in 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Für Badestrände braucht man allerdings ein Fahrzeug. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung. Gerne wieder.

Rundum wohl gefühlt

Wir haben zweieinhalb wunderbare Wochen im August in der Ferienwohnung von Fam. Dessena verbracht. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, komfortabel und gemütlich. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt eine gemütliche Außenterasse mit Grillmöglichkeit und der kleine Garten hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Dieser sieht exakt wie auf den Bildern aus. Wir möchten erwähnen, dass Massimo und seine Frau unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit sind. Als wir Probleme mit dem Auto hatten, hat Massimo uns sofort einen Werkstatttermin organisiert und uns dorthin begleitet. Wir und die Kinder haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

appartamento su due livelli arredato con gusto e accessoriato con tutto l'occorrente. Fresco al punto giusto senza dover ricorrere all'aria condizionata. Unico appunto: bagno carino ma piccolino e privo di ganci per appendere gli accappatoi. Si cena all'aperto nello spazioso giardino dotato di barbecue in un contesto tranquillo e riservato. Lo consiglio a tutti.

Casa veramente stupenda! Pulitissima, curatissima e ben attrezzata per tutte le nostre necessità. Camere da letto fresche e letti comodissimi. Il giardino un angolo incantevole con un bellissimo barbecue. I proprietari, gentilissime persone, disponibili e allo stesso tempo discrete, ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio. Il centro di Orosei è solo a due passi. In questa zona non ci sono solo delle bellissime spiagge ma anche interessanti sentieri nelle montagne dove poter visitare tante grotte e nuraghe. Soggiorno excelente! Speriamo ritornare... Grazie di tutto🤗😘

Einfach alles wunderbar

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig und wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Vermieter, welche auf dem gleichen Grundstück leben, sind für alle Fragen verfügbar, lassen einem ansonsten aber ausreichend Freiraum um die einmalig ruhige Lage mit dem schönen Gartenbereich genießen zu können. Orosei ist ein zauberhaftes kleines Örtchen und die Nähe zum Meer des wunderschönen Golf von Orosei absolut perfekt. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind um die Ecke und auch sonst passte einfach alles. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und bedanken uns vielmals bei unseren Gastgebern.

Ottima scelta

L'appartamento di Maria Antonietta e Massimo si è confermata una scelta ottimale per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante ad Orosei. La casa è spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. La zona notte è fresca anche nelle giornate più calde ed è possibile consumare i pasti nel curatissimo e sempre ventilato giardino. Il centro di Orosei è raggiungibile in soli 10 minuti a piedi. Maria Antonietta e Massimo sono stati sempre molto disponibili e cordiali, facendoci sentire quasi 'in famiglia'. Consigliatissimo, torneremo.

Sich im Urlaub zu Hause fühlen…

Die Unterkunft ist außerordentlich sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Eigentümer Tetta, Massimo, Silvia und Samuele, die auf dem gleichen Grundstück wohnen, haben uns herzlich empfangen und standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft daher absolut weiterempfehlen. Verschiedene Strände lassen sich mit dem Auto problemlos erreichen und auch das Städtchen Orosei hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Buon alloggio , consigliato

Siamo stati una settimana nella casa di Massimo, nonostante sia una porzione della sua abitazione sembrava di essere da soli, assolutamente non invadenti ma allo stesso tempo accoglienti e gentili, ottima la zona bbq e cena all’aperto, comoda per punto d appoggio per visitare le varie spiaggie. Consiglio questo appartamento

Sehr nette Eigentümer, haben uns sehr geholfen , Objekt super.

Nach einem netten Aufenthalt bei Massimo und seiner Frau bewerte ich nun diese Unterkunft überdurchschnittlich gut. Sie halfen uns bei der Organisation eines Mietwagens, mit der Kommunikation. Räumlichkeiten sind optimal und sehr gut klimatisiert, Möglichkeiten zum Spielen für Kinder gibt es auch. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die Lage, das man unbedingt ein Auto braucht. Der Strand ist 45 Minuten Fußmarsch entfernt. Vorteil jedoch ist das Cala Gonone 30 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt ist und unbedingt besucht werden sollte. Im Gesamten war der Urlaub bei Massimo und seiner Frau rundum gelungen und bedanken uns für die freundliche Gastfreundschaft.

Very nice place to stay !!!

The appartment was really confortable, spacious (we 2 adults, 1 child), very clean and well-maintained. We did appreciate the possibility to switch on the air conditioning. The opportunity to sit outside, to eat and use the barbecue was great. The landlords were extremely kind and helpfull in all situations. The appartment is 15 min walking distance from city center and 10 min by car from supermarkets and from several beautiful beaches. We can warmly recommend this accomodation !

Ein erholsamer Urlaub in Orosei

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist gut, nur in der Küche fehlten ein paar nützliche Utensilien, z.B. eine Schere, Salatschälchen und ein paar mehr Bestecke. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang und einen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Die Wohnlage ist sehr ruhig, man hörte nachts höchstens die Zikaden und mal Hundegebell. Die Verständigung klappte mittels Übersetzungsprogramm und IPad auch ganz gut. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war die sardinische Mülltrennung, bekommt man aber auch in Griff. Fazit: der Urlaub hat uns sehr gefallen, und wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Familie Schneuer

Toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus
