"The host Nicoló was very kind and answered questions in a short term. The house is split in 2, Nicoló is responsible for the upper appartement. That one is what we prefer because the outstanding sea view. The windows have all insect screens. The interior is a bit outdated, but in good condition. It is also a matter of personal taste. The kitchen is equipped with more than enough pans and tableware. The fridge and freezer are larger than average. Big oven available as a microwave. Air...

"The listing is incorrect.. It does not mention that there is a downstairs apartment that shares the outside space and pool. I never book shared spaces so was surprised when another family arrived. Wi-Fi didn’t work either so this was not the best villa we’ve stayed in. At least Sardinia was a very nice to spend our holiday"

"Just as expected - very clean, plenty of room, nice terrace, private driveway and BBQ facilities. It's on the outskirts of Orosei, but we walked into the old town a few nights. It was convenient for supermarkets & other day trips, and easy enough to drive down to the beach and park. One of our favourite beaches to take a dip and cool off was actually the big long beach at Orosei - surprisingly quiet and empty of people!"

"Our plane was delayed many Hours because of weather so we didn’t arrive until quite late but we were greeted kindly and everything worked out great. We loved our stay here, very efficient has everything that one would need. Plus have the beautiful beaches of Cala Liberotto right behind the house was amazing. Communication and information was promptly provided and available.Would definitely recommend, and we hope to be back again soon!"

"Appartamento da 10 e lode, le foto non rendono a pieno la cura e la pulizia che trovi non appena arrivi. Siamo stati 15 giorni io, mio marito e le mie 2 figlie di 4 e 8 anni. L'appartamento è grande e molto funzionale, lo spazio esterno per godere il pieno relax anche nelle serate più calde, essendo sulla parte alta di Orosei si stà al fresco. Il centro del paese è a circa 1Km ma se ti và di camminare in 10 minuti ci arrivi, la sera trovi bancarelle e spettacoli e poi negozietti e locali dove...

"I’ve travel a lot and this is one of the top places I’ve stayed. The kitchen has everything you’ll need. The bed is very comfy. The location is an easy stroll to all local restaurants and shops. The hosts are wonderful. We hope to stay in touch through Zoom."

"Gut geschnittene Ferienwohnung mit 2 Kinderzimmern, einem Schlafzimmer für die Eltern und einem Wohnbereich. Die Lage, so nah am Strand und direkt an der Biderrosa ist ideal für alle die den Mix aus Bade- und Wanderurlaub wollen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation war auf italienisch aber dank Smartphone heutzutage kein Hindernis. Es hat alles gut geklappt und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt."

"Kommunikation per Wahts'App in englisch unkompliziert. Wir wurden von der sehr freundichen und hilfsbereiten Nachbarin empfangen. Der Kühlschrank mit einer Obstschale und Wasserflaschen gefüllt. Auf dem Tisch als Geschenk verpackt kleine Naschereien. Super eingerichtete Wohnung. Was will man mehr. Pizza to go um die Ecke - günstig und sehr lecker. Zum großen Strand mit kostenlosem Parkplatz leider per Auto. Cafe, Eisdiele, Bar..... zu Fuß um die Ecke und ohne das noch in ruhiger Lage."

"Room was clean and had everything you need but as is usual for Italy, the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I had to sleep on my pillows. Also, buffet breakfast was blah for 10 euros."

"Our room was very clean and the air conditioning works very well. The kitchen is fully equipped and the shower was great as well. Unfortunately, there was no WIFI in the room. The reception gave us a password for the WIFI near the pool, but it didn't work at any time. Also, they don't provide any toiletries, only one roll of toilet paper and after that is over you have to buy. "
