Had a great 4 night stay here shortly before Christmas. Hotel is in a great location for accessing all the tourist hotspots, but set in a quiet street just off the beaten track. All aspects of the hotel were excellent. Beautiful decor, spotlessly clean throughout, room spacious, breakfast plentiful and all staff from reception to porters to waitresses all friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of a trip to Venice.

The location is great, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast is really good. However, the rooms are quite small, and over time, our shower started to give off a foul smell.

Nice hotel with excellent and helpful staff, The property is vast and impressive. The main deterrent are the beds in double rooms which are really tiny. Also, I got a room on the ground floor close to the reception, and the soundproofing was extremely poor with lots of noise coming from the lobby ...
