The check-in process was terrible check-in time was 4 we got a room assignment at 5. So many people waiting for rooms even after 5. Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa Universal Studios Area
The property and room are nice need a little touch up work ! The night time parking was difficult had to park far from our room ! The elevators were extremely slow and sometime did not work at all ! The last day we were there part of the water park was unable to be used !
