Great place to stay if Disney World is your destination!

Great place close to Disney parks. Young kids and "old" kids loved getting home and in bed quickly after a long day of play! Lots of restaurants close by.

Volleyball National Championship

We came into town for a Volleyball tournament and went ti universal while we were there. The host Jeremy has great very fast communication. The house has lots of space (we needed that with teenagers)!!! Its is in a great location close to everything!!!

Great spot bw parks

Clean spot and great for our short stay. The pool, bar, restaurant, arcade and mini movie theater made it awesome! Great stop for our break day bw parks.

Great Property, Great Stay!

Condo came with everything we needed! Everything we needed for a great stay with our 12, 4 and 2yo. was included! Host communicated everything very efficiently and effectively so we had no need to contact them. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful and spacious property

Property was amazing! We loved our visit. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make breakfast every morning. The property was spacious for 6 adults and we wasn’t on top of each other. Another perk is we was only 10 to 15 minutes away from Disney parks depending on traffic. Two younger adults loved the pool. Hope we get to come back soon.

Family vacation

The check in process wasn’t super easy at the front gate. The guard wasn’t the least bit helpful and was rather rude. Once we arrived at the condo we had a great trip. The kids enjoyed the location and all the amenities of the condo. We will return in the future.

Great for families

This is our second time staying at a condo at this location. Fabulous club house and condos. Never do understand the “take the garbage out everyday” but they don’t give you garbage bags and you have to to buy those along with dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels and even a sponge to do dishes! Other than that it was a nice stay. Thank you!

Spacious and comfortable condo

The condo is located on the first floor right next to the stairs and able and spacious. The building does not have elevators so the stairs are used all the time and hear the people going up and down the stairs throughout the night when sleeping in the master bedroom. However that was just a minor issue. Another minor issue was that the property management provided kitchen supplies however they only provided one soap per bathroom so be prepared to have your own shampoo and shower soap. I gave four stars on location because the only way to get to the property is going through the Florida turnpike system and it is literally hopping on it for one mile but you have to pay a toll each time.

Spring break

We stayed for spring break. We were not given the condo number so the security had to look it up for us. We had the building number that was all. The condo was clean. Rooms were of good size. The main issue I had was it was lacking in what I would consider basic essentials. There was no hand soap in the kitchen or bathrooms. One roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, which were not full rolls to start. Mind you we stayed Sunday to Sunday. They wanted the dishes cleaned but provided no dish soap or dishwasher cleaner. There was not even salt and pepper. I have stayed in many VRBO and have never been lacking in any of what I would consider basic essentials Condo is close to WDW, shopping and restaurants. The pool area was nice. They have a TIKI bar so you cwn get drinks and food. The club house has some items for sale, this where we got a dishwasher tablet for cleaning Overall, it served our purpose but just be prepared for what is lacking

Must Stay! Will rebook!!!

This place was perfect for my family! We came up to go to Disney and we were so close to the parks. The place is very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. Close to walmart so we were able to go and buy groceries to have. My husband and kids found the game room in the club house and enjoyed their time there. Overall I highly recommend and will book again!

J'ai adoré notre expérience. Tout était parfait, comme dans la description.J'ai adoré avoir un Floride Room dans notre unité, toute la famille en a profitez.Seul problème, les voisins d'en haut faisaient du tapage presque toute la nuit. Donc au petit matin, on fermait les portes des armoires très fortement. Malgré ça je recommande.

The lock on the door to check in was very confusing and had a hard time getting into the room!
