Great house for a large group!

This house was perfect for multiple families to use it and still have their own space. The larger bedrooms were separated into different areas of the house, giving privacy but having the option of being together simultaneously. The downstairs layout was perfect, allowing for a large group to gather and eat together. The pool was perfect and the baby equipment was super helpful!

Comfortable, clean, and spacious

This is a great home, especially if you have a larger group of people. There is plenty of room to spread out and great spaces to get together. We felt very safe and secure in this gated community and the security procedures at the gate. The neighborhood itself was very quiet. The community pool is very nice with big water slides for the kids. We were very close to all of the parks. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Memories Made Here

We had an amazing stay at this home! The property was spotless and incredibly clean, which made our visit even more comfortable. The community amenities were fantastic, and the location was perfect—just a short drive to Disney! The kids absolutely loved the pool, and we appreciated how well-maintained everything was. This house exceeded our expectations and made our family vacation truly memorable. We’ll definitely be booking this home again for our next Florida getaway!

Great Get Away

We had plenty for room as a family of 11. The neighborhood is beautiful and has plenty of sidewalks for exercise. The home was clean and we enjoyed cooking in the fully furnished kitchen. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the pool and the hot tub overflow did not work as it should have. Ben was very responsive to our concerns and sent out maintenance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Excellent Vacation Home

Lots of space for 10 people, clean and easy access to shopping and restaurants. Main resort pool, especially the wade in area, was great for small children. Quiet neighbourhood felt very safe and secure. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful. Weather was cooler than seasonal so the heat pump heater at the house was not able to run for a few days, though when the weather was above 60F was able to heat the hot tub quickly. Pool took a number of days to full heat.

Great time!

We loved the area this home was in. My family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Heating the pool was well worth it! The waterpark at the resort looked fun. We will have to check it out next time. There was lots of room for everyone and was very clean. They were super responsive when we had questions.

Great Property with Great Host

The property was beautiful and secure. The house was clean and tidy. We were in a great location for theme parks as well as other fun attractions in the area. Ben was fantastic at communicating with us and very understanding of any questions. Cannot recommend him enough.

It was very spacious for our family. Everyone had a great time. The needed extra stroller was perfect for the parks. The pool toys could use some going through as some should be thrown away. The community pool was just the right size and very clean. Close to Disney. Very fun overall, would definitely rent again!

Wonderful vacation home near Disney

We stayed 7 nights; 6 adults and 2 kids. The house gave us plenty of room to spread out. We loved the pool- definitely worth paying the extra to heat it. Once we figured out how to heat the hot tub that was nice too. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The community had great amenities and felt safe. You can’t get much closer to the Disney parks, we were able to go back and forth during the day as needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

A very nice home in a great resort property. The house could use some maintenance and is showing its age, but, that is to be expected with a rental property like this. The house was a perfect setup for us as we had 8 adults, 2 young children and an infant and there was always plenty of space. The pool and hot tub in the backyard were big hits with everyone and the public pool, water slide and clubhouse were great for a change of pace. T was nice that we had access to all that. The owner (Ben) was a great communicator and answered all questions quickly.Location was great for families. Close to Disney and all Orlando attractions and only a half hour from the airport. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby too but with that came a lot of traffic. It is often slow getting places until you learn some shortcuts.I would highly recommend this property and this owner,

A place to lay your head, not spend your vacation

This property was dingy, dusty, and moldy. It could use a deep clean and some updating. The shower head shot off and hit my nephew in the head whole he was using the shower. The bedding had stains. The pool table had a large rip in it and the provided strollers and pool toys were gross and dirty. Necessities to use the property were not provided such as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. All needed to be purchased at the nearby Walmart. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The location in relation to Disney was great. The communication from the property owner was clear and complete.

Wonderful Holiday Home

My husband and I stayed here for 3 weeks with our 2 teenage kids. We had plenty of room and we loved that there were big beds for both the kids (my son is 6’5!). We love Windsor Hills and have stayed here a number of times so we knew the area. The pool and hot jacuzzi were brilliant and we spent many afternoons/evenings in them. The house is a bit dated as others have described, but it didn’t impact our holiday. My husband and son were a bit dissapointed at the condition of the pool table.Everything worked well in the house and Ben was extremely quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely return.

Not worth the

The house is okay on the surface, but don’t count on getting a good nights sleep. The pool is very nice, but the entire place is in general disrepair. Every bed in the house has a cheap spring mattress that squeaks every time you move. Dishes are chipped, frying pans are are old and scraped up, back sliding door doesn’t lock so you have to use a bar lock that is beat up, there is absolutely nothing in the house for you when you arrive so stop at the store for TP, paper towels, hand soap, laundry soap. The towels are cheap and old. We found someone’s dirty underwear in a drawer (didn’t belong to our group). The comforters of the beds are not washed between guests, they are dirty. Pillow cases on two beds had holes in them. If the host pays a cleaning agency then they should change agencies. I hope they consider new mattresses, towels, bed linens, and supplying minimal amenities like TP for future guests.

Great space and excellent community

Overall the property and location were great. The house could use a little TLC but was clean. The space worked well for our group of 10. Glad we paid to have the pool heated as the week before we arrived it was cooler. Communication with Ben was fantastic. We had a question on the pool heater when we arrived, he called me and sent someone over that evening - could not ask for better service. We rented a bbq grill from a company Ben recommended and everything went smoothly. The resort common areas were nice, the common pool area could’ve used more chairs but we were there to get in the water so we didn’t mind not having chairs available. The location was perfect for visiting Disney parks. I recommend joining the Windsor Hills Facebook group to connect with others in the area - Dina was fantastic and a huge help!

Week Away

I want to start by saying our stay overall at Windsor Hills, was wonderful. We had 2 familys of 6, each with 4 kids 10 and under. The community pool was our go-to each day and was well heated. The water slides and splash pad are FREEZING. They do not heat the kiddie areas. Ben was extremely easy to get ahold of whenever we needed him, which seemed to be quite frequently. We paid to heat the pool and hottub and had many issues getting it going. It was a cooler week, but we paid for a full week of heat and weren't able to use the pool at the house until day 3. We struggled with our grill rental as well. We booked directly through the company Ben had recommended to cut out the middle man, and they lost our reservation. Luckily Ben was super helpful and called the company directly as our calls were ignored. I would highly recommend just booking directly through Ben if you plan to rent a grill. The house itself was perfect for our families. We had 2 master bedrooms and enough bedrooms for each of the kids. We also had no electricity in the master bedroom for 2 nights, which meant no tv, phone charging and brushing our teeth in the dark. Ben did send out an electrician to fix the issue, but we had to be at the property to let him in, which was a tad frustrating. None of the manuals at the house are up-to date (wi fi passwords, etc. We had a great week, but some necessary updates to the property would make communication a lot less necessary.

We had an awesome time staying here. Lots of room and the place had lots of stuff for us too. The kitchen had lots of pans and dishes. I highly recommend staying here. My kids and grandkids loved it too.
