We have just completely remodeled The Windsor Wonder. All of the appliances are brand new, the custom fireplace, all new mattresses, flooring, new professional arcade games, new air conditioning system, Xbox 1S and Playstation PS4, and the list goes on.

Discover Windsor Hills at The Windsor Wonder. Bill and Donna's luxury villa at Windsor Hills, featuring a true south-facing private pool and hot-tub, with no rear neighbors. We are one of the closest homes to the amazing Windsor Hills Water Park and Clubhouse, about a 2 minute stroll away.

We own FOUR HOMES side-by-side in Windsor Hills - The Windsor Wonder, The Windsor Magic, The Windsor Dream, and The Windsor Fantasy so if you are traveling with friends or extended family please just let us know.

There are NO FEES for our guests to utilize the Water Park or Community Pool. We will provide the names of your family members to the Windsor Hills staff so there will be no cost for you. For all non-registered guests, the wristbands cost $10 per person per day, but again that will be waived for your family.

The most important feature of our family retreat is that we offer one of the few south-facing pool homes in Windsor Hills that also has no rear neighbors. Spend a moment viewing the Windsor Hills development on an aerial map. Most of the south-facing homes back right up to another property. Most of the other homes with no rear neighbors face north, east, or west – limiting the amount of sun the pool area will receive. If you select a home that has rear neighbors, the neighbors pool will be approximately 10 feet from your pool – not my idea of relaxing! Take a look at the view from our pool area and you will see the difference.

Our home has 4 bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom. Every bedroom has its own SMART television.

Our game room is air conditioned, and offers an X-Box 1S, a PlayStation 4, multiple professional arcade games offering PacMan, Frogger, Galaga, and more! We also have a basketball game and an air hockey table.

You will also have access to all of the amenities at Windsor Hills for no additional cost. Windsor Hills has an amazing zero-entry community pool, a large water park for the children, a basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, ping pong tables and a putting green. We also provide our guests access to the Windsor Hills Fitness Center, which offers multiple cardio machines as well as weight/resistance training.

Windsor Hills is the closest resort to Disney that is not an actual Disney hotel. Our home is only 2.5 miles from the main Disney gates, so it takes us about 6 minutes to get from our home to the Animal Kingdom. We are also right next door to the award winning Mystic Dunes Golf Course. Some resorts advertise that they are just "miles to Disney", but that can still be a very long drive. We are only 2.5 miles away, but it still takes 6 minutes to get to Disney. For resorts that are 10 miles away, it can sometimes take 30-40 minutes (each way) depending on the Orlando traffic on that particular day.

We are available by both phone and e-mail during your stay, and we have a local property management company available 7 days a week should you need any assistance during your stay.

Please note: The Windsor Hills waterpark will be closed for renovations between January 5th, 2026 and February 6, 2026 (approximate dates). The community pool and hot tub will remain open.

Great house

I was very happy with the Windsor Hills house we rented for our Disney trip. The resort is very close to the parks. Owners Bill and Donna are amazing hosts, very accommodating, answering any questions I had. The house is beautifully decorated, walking distance to the club house and close to entrance. Beds were comfortable and the pool was so nice to come back to after a long day at the parks. I highly recommend.

Very Nice

Good Property, clean, pool was excellent, arcade was an added treat. The resort was very nice with a great market having very reasonable priced food and adult bevrages. The art project for the kids was nice as well as the theater.Would come back in a heart beat!!

Excellent stay - the location was perfect but the customer service is what left me amazed! Bill and Donna are the perfect host; the communication we received leading to our visit made the arrival process seem less. We felt like we were preparing to visit and stay with family. Excellent stay!

Dealing with the hosts prior to arrival was an easy and pleasant experience. Once we arrived, it was better than I had imagined. Windsor Hills is extremely safe and beautiful. The home was everything we imagined and more. Modern, clean, spacious, and the games room was a HUGE hit with all!The hosts responded quickly with any questions and anything we needed was handled easily and in a timely manner.. Would love to return!

Great house for spring break trip!

Thanks for a great trip! The house was the perfect size for our family. The boys loved the pool and game room. We were close to a lot of restaurants and the Disney parks. Bill was great to work with and very quick to answer any questions!

Awesome property!

Our stay at the Windsor Wonder was nothing short of incredible. We had 6 family members, and had more than enough space for all of us to be comfortable! The home was clean, the arcade room was great, the pool and hot tub were perfect, and Bill and Donna were great hosts! We will surely be renting with them during our next visit!

Great place- we will be back!

This home exceeded our expectations. Bill and Donna were very responsive and easy to work with. Check in and out was a breeze. The community was very quiet and felt safe. The pool was a huge plus during our downtime at Disney. Also the arcade was a life saver and kept all the kids occupied. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, especially going with another family, we each had our own space. The home was very clean which is something that I am always looking at. Thank you for having us, we will be back.

This home was the best home we have stayed in yet at windsor hills resort. We have stayed in several. It was freshly remodeled, clean, plenty of supplies, soft blankets, beds were comfortable. The home owners were extremely kind and nice to work with. We will be back!

Universal/ Disney Trip

Immaculate property in a safe resort neighborhood. Spacious house that could easily accommodate 8-10 occupants. Modern upgrades and conveniently located to major eateries and 15 minutes from all major parks. We had a great time at the resort pool area for our last day before heading back. I would give this an excellent rating and would definitely return again.

Amazing vacation home!

This was the most beautiful property I have ever rented! It was exactly as pictured and spotless! It had everything we needed for our family vacation and was in the perfect area. We were only minutes from grocery stores, Wal Mart, and several restaurants. The owners were amazing to deal with and very accommodating…I can not say enough good about them! They were so organized and provided us with lots of helpful information about the property and the area. I will definitely be staying here again and would 100% recommend this property to anyone visiting the Orlando area!

Great location, pool and gameroom!

We always love staying in this area as it is close to Disney and this home did not disappoint. It was remodeled and very clean and the beds were super comfy. The private pool with no home behind was perfect and if the kids wanted to do the waterslides, it was a short distance to the neighborhood pool. The gameroom was a huge hit and gave the kids something to do when it was raining. Bill and Donna were great to work with and always answered our questions very quickly. This was one of our kid’s favorite homes that we have stayed in and the 4 beds with 4 bathrooms was a huge plus. We would stay in another one of their homes in a heartbeat and the future!

Great location, clean house

We have stayed in Windsor Hills before and enjoy the added security of it being a gated community. This was by far our favourite location in Windsor Hills (close proximity to clubhouse). Renovations were very nice and the home was clean (which we really appreciate when travelling). The heated pool got lots of use with sun from sunrise to sunset and with no one behind (which made for a quiet get away). Bill and Donna’s professionalism with consistent reminders and helpful hints were much appreciated. The maintenance responses were prompt and taken care of in a very timely manner. We have stayed in many homes in Kissimmee and Windsor Hills and their (Bill and Donna’s) home stands out because it was so clean with great customer service. Overall, we loved our stay and had a wonderful trip. We will be recommending this property to friends and family.

Favourite place to stay when visiting Disney World!

Bill and Donna. We enjoyed our wonderful vacation in your amazing home. All the work you did in renovating and upgrading this home REALLY shows. The beds were so comfortable! The detachable shower heads in each bathroom were a bonus feature to our family! We enjoyed the pool and made many memories playing basketball in the pool … and in the game room as well. The pool water temperature was ideal and the south facing backyard sure makes a big difference. We look forward to returning in the future and bringing our whole family, including our new granddaughter.

Perfect Stay

Where do I start? The Windsor Wonder was perfect. Beautiful renovated house that was clean and had everything we needed and more. My kids loved the game room and pool. The host was clear and organized with instructions about everything (check in, amenities, nearby restaurants, etc.). The neighborhood was only a 10 to 15 drive to the parks, and this particular house is within walking distance of the neighborhood water slides. Our only regret is not having more time at the house due to all of the time we spent at the parks. We definitely could have used more time in the game room and pool!

Wonderful!

We have recently enjoyed 14 nights in the Windsor Wonder, it was a pleasure from beginning to end. Bill and Donna are fantastic hosts and were very helpful during the booking process, prior to arrival and during our stay. They really do care about your experience. The location of the property is perfectly located in the Windsor Hills resort, a close walk to the central facilities but far enough away to be quiet. The resort is great, with something for everyone and easily accessible for all the main parks. We chose to spend our down time in the villa enjoying our own space, in particular the excellent pool which was always a lovely warm temperature with the heat option. The villa has everything you need plus more for a comfortable stay! We had a small issue with the pool alarm on one of the doors which Bill dealt with amazingly quickly. Overall, I really can't fault the owners, the property and the resort. I would not hesitate to book the Windsor Wonder again next time we visit the Orlando area! Thanks for a great stay.

Special Olympics family weekend

What an amazing stay from booking until we left. First off the house was gorgeous and the pool was perfect! We love the entire layout of the house which was perfect for our group. I was actually upset I didn’t bring my kids on this trip. They would never wanted to leave this house. I was in town for my sisters Special Olympics games and the owners brought her this amazing gift basket and words of encouragement to get a medal. Well she did get the gold!! I would very much recommend to house for the size and upgrades made to make it family friendly! I am bringing my family down to Disney and we will be staying at this house again for sure!! Thank you Bill and Donna for helping create such a memorable weekend!

Fantastic Villa in the perfect location

So many times you book accommodation and it’s not as described when you get there. It’s so refreshing to have arrived at your lovely villa and it be exactly as shown in the photos - and it exceeded our expectations. It was like a home away from home . The south facing heated pool (genuinely warm ! And the spa can be heated up to lovely temp as swell ) with no other villas at the rear should not be underestimated as a plus point by future guests . We had a lovely view of trees , birds and clear blue for our morning coffee not the back of someone else’s villa ! The check in process and guest info book were faultless and the guide answered all our questions. The washer dryer means you can go home with clean clothes . The games room is a must for adults and kids alike . Windsor hills is an immaculate site - really well placed for restaurants , fast food chains , Disney and super markets / outlets . We had a fabulous time and Bill’s attentive and helpful emails to his guests are second to none . Thanks Windsor Wonder you and your heated pool /spa made our holiday !

Great place to stay!!

The home was exactly like the picture. Beautifully decorated and super clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. There is a barbecue grill also for your convenience. The game room was a real treat for everyone a washer and dryer also. There was pool toys, floats, a double stroller, dry rack, blow dryers in all the bathrooms. The resort had lots to do for everyone in the family. You can walk to the clubhouse. All the stores are within 1 mile and Disney was only 3 miles away. The host and hostess were so accommodating from the moment you booked to the minute you leave they will answer any questions and take care of any concerns you have. I’m looking forward to another trip and stay.!

We loved it here!

Beautiful, clean and spacious home with everything you need close to Disney. Our family of 6 loved our stay here. We’ve stayed in Windsor Hills before, and this location was the best (close to clubhouse and main entrance). Owners were easily accessible and very friendly. Highly recommend!

Perfect Disney homebase

We loved this property and the subdivision. Very convenient to get to Disney. The kids loved the pool and were in it every evening. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Orlando.
