Property itself was fine. Giving one star because they try to get you to buy a $6000 timeshare in a misleading way. They tell you that you need a parking pass but they don't give them out there so you have to call a number. They tell you they will send someone out the next morning to do a survey and give you the parking pass. Someone comes to your door and fills out a fake survey then starts trying to sell you an expensive time share. If you're going to solicit to customer just be up front about it.

There is an additional $9 a day that no one tells you about until you arrive. Expedia says it is just a $100 refundable deposit and all other fees are paid, but that isnt true. The kids twin beds were harder then a rock and none of the beds come with blankets on them, just sheets. It is super loud all around there and no major grocery chains for 20 mins. The place clean, which was appreciated. The office closes at night, so be prepared for that.

Great Location for us to go to the Heritage Center to see the Mecum Auction. Easy to get too. Units are old but well kept.

Love how spacious this place is! The beds were so hard though I had trouble sleeping. The place was weirdly humid. It almost felt like the pillows were damp. I didn’t smell mold though. The front office was easy to communicate with and had no issues with check in or checkout. Big notes: the entire property has no bathtubs which I did not realize and my toddler got her first unexpected shower lol… so that was interesting. Also I didn’t realize there was two floors. Not sure how I missed this detail but that’s also important to know if you have small children.

More like “Villas at MISfortune place”
Walls are paper-thin and neighbors were so noisy. My family and I were up all night listening to other people’s televisions and screaming matches. I tried calling the front when it was happening (both nights) but no one answered to assist. We were banging on walls to try to get them to be quiet. A screw fell out of the table bench and the leg was jiggly. The tv in the master bedroom did not work, which we tried turning on to drown out the noise of the neighbors….but no luck. There were no blankets on the beds…just old, small, scratchy blankets in the closet (none in the master bedroom and only 2 in the guest room). Fridge was old and the door didn’t close on its own so we had to keep going back to shut the fridge door. Overall, not pleasant and definitely NOT worth the price. WAY overpriced for the quality.

Check in was very quick. There were several things to do besides just a swimming pool (Putting Green, Hot tub, BBQ Grills, and more) The stove and fridge were old. We had to call maintenance to get the electric burners to work but the guy showed up pretty quick and it was around 9pm so I was pleasantly surprised it was fixed that night. Overall, nice place for a family for a week.

This place was a great surprise! Centrally located and a 5 minute drive to Osceola Heritage Park. Much better than staying in a budget motel in the area! Will be back!

The girl at the desk couldn't find my reservation despite having my ID, my email address AND the confirmation number. I had to print out the confirmation email from Hotels.com and hand it to her for her to be able to help me. Not sure what she got from that email that she didn't already have. It's a good thing they had computers on site that I could use otherwise I'd have been stuck. The facility we had was very clean. The unit was quiet and comfortable. We didn't use the ammenities. Overall, we would stay here again if I can figure out a way to avoid the painful check in process.
