Incredible property for our party of 10
Great villa and good location for access to parks and local area. Ten adults and plenty of space and amenities. Bedrooms and bathrooms all very spacious Highly recommend. Cinema room phenomenal and fitted our whole party. Hosts were incredibly helpful and replied to any issues we had within minutes.

Overall we really enjoyed the property. The fun photos sold us- arcade, cool bedrooms, pool and hot tub enclosed, large meeting area. We were pretty disappointed a few days in when we went to Use the hot tub to find out it was not turned on, and would add over $200 in fees for our stay if we wanted the hot tub heated. Never mind. The arcade had broken games and everything looked worn and not Kept Iā€™m good repair. The home theater was great.

Great house for families, close to parks!
This property is in an excellent location! Close to stores, restaurants, and parks. Neighborhood club houses are also very nice. I gave four stars because you could definitely see a lot of wear and tear on this property. Also, I couldnā€™t tell if we stayed at a different property than pictured or if they had just changed a lot of things around. All of the games were in one bedroom and it was very tight with barely any room to even play them and some of the games did not work. The property itself was clean and kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. Overall, we did have a wonderful stay. I would recommend this property just be aware that it is not in immaculate condition.

Perfect house for large group
Great location and more spacious than it looks. The game room and theater room were awesome perks and everyone (13 guests) from 5 to 65 was happy, entertained and had their own space as needed.

Over all, 4 star review. A couple cockroaches, otherwise very clean and reasonably kept home. Biggest issue was the 45 minute wait to get into the property after a long travel day due to the home still being cleaned. The property we actually stayed in was not the home listed in the photos, but it did have all of the bedrooms and spaces listed.

This house was an amazing experience and had everything me and my family of 13 needed. The house was very clean, spacious, well stacked, with all the necessaries needed for our week long stay. It was located in a very nice community which was close to all the attractions. The check in and out process was also quick and easy. I would stay here again!

Everything about the house was easy. From the check-in process to the access of all the amenities. Best of all, its convenient location makes it easy to get in and out of the neighborhood to wherever your destination may be. House was clean and communication with the host was responsive. Property was great. Lots of space. Property pool was awesome. Community pool very crowded but lots of people coming and going so it wasnā€™t terrible finding seats. Lazy River is a no go! Way too crowded. The gate access to the community is silly. The barcode on the paper they give you never works. You just go in behind other cars. The gate will let in 4 or 5 at a time. Overall the house was wonderful

We had the best time. The house was fully stocked. We could not get the movie theater to work, but we did not reach out to the property manager, so they may have been able to fix it if it were important to us. Other than that, everything was in working order.
