Our family of 9 had a great week here. The property is very clean, so close to everything and had everything we needed. The games in the game room didnā€™t work but, we were so busy we didnā€™t even have time to reach out about it so that was no fault to management. The security gate to the pool is very hard to latch , the pool guy helped us with it and we were able to get it after that. We would definitely come back and stay.

Great location and more spacious than it looks. The game room and theater room were awesome perks and everyone (13 guests) from 5 to 65 was happy, entertained and had their own space as needed.

The house was exactly what we needed. It was close for both our work commimments and also for our Disney time when work was over.The house exceeded our expectations it was clean, roomy but most of all FUN to stay in. There was something for everybody. from the "Frozen" theamed bedroom through to the Games room and Pool with Hot tub!

We had 12 adults and 5 children stay at this amazing property. The game room, theater and pool kept our littles occupied and happy! There was plenty of comfortable space for the adults with plenty of bathrooms! Family Disney Trip

We just returned from a week long stay and were very pleased with the house! Everything was clean and as represented in the pictures and descriptions. There really was something for every member of our group! The house was also conveniently located to all the Disney parks. The only small issue we had was late night noise next door on one night. It didnā€™t last long, and you certainly canā€™t blame that on the property. Overall a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful Property near Disney

My group of 17 stayed at this property for a week in June. Check in was smooth, we were hoping for early check in and that didn't happen but no fault of the rental staff. The house was beautiful, very clean, great amount of space. We loved the pool area and patio, the view over the water was gorgeous. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for the most part (we could have used more serving dishes and more plastic glasses for by the pool). It was about a 25 minute drive to Disney parks which did not bother us (that includes some traffic). We enjoyed the theater room and the TV on the patio as well! The ice maker on the refrigerator could be better, we had to buy bags of ice to fill water bottles for the parks. The game room was great but we felt that there was almost too much stuff in there. It was difficult to play foosball b/c of the other game machines. My kids loved the car racing game and the Jurassic Park game. They enjoyed the jeep bunk beds, too. Overall an excellent stay, we stay in rental homes for pretty much all of our family vacations and this was an excellent rental for a large group.

great facility except for the pool and hot tub

the facility was great however the pool and hottub were underwelming. It was cold and I was told it would not heat but it warmed through the week and we got to use it after we had been there 3 days, worked great although the jets were minimal. Next day the jets did not work at all --they did come and fix that but then there was no heat. Although everything else was great we probably won't use this property again as the pool was a big draw.

Property was great. Lots of space. Property pool was awesome. Community pool very crowded but lots of people coming and going so it wasnā€™t terrible finding seats. Lazy River is a no go! Way too crowded. The gate access to the community is silly. The barcode on the paper they give you never works. You just go in behind other cars. The gate will let in 4 or 5 at a time. Overall the house was wonderful

Great property, but no hot water for a party of 15

The house was great, and I would have given it a 5-star rating, but there was a significant issue during the 11 days we stayed, especially since it was very cold: the hot water wasn't enough for us to take a shower after returning from the parks.It was a serious issue; we had to wait 20 minutes between each shower, and with 15 people (the property is for 19), it was truly inconvenient.Another significant issue, which isnā€™t the propertyā€™s fault but rather the neighborhoodā€™s, was the QR code scanner for the gate that allows cars to enter. Every day, there were 4 or 5 cars waiting, trying dozens of times to get the reader to work. I can't understand how the neighborhood administration couldn't fix it in 11 days!

Great spot

House was perfect for our two families with kids. Pool and hot tub got a lot of use! House was spacious and in pretty good shape. Was everything as perfect as it looked in the pictures? No. But really no complaints from our families - we would consider it well maintained. I would recommend not paying for check in day heat for the pool/hot tub. Only heats from 8-8 so the hot tub and pool were cool on day one but had no problem the remainder of the days getting up to 87 in the pool and over 100 in the hot tub (weather was mid to high 70ā€™s during the day and 50ā€™s at night). As mentioned in previous comments, the QR code scan to get the community gates open was very annoying. Constantly cars in line trying to get the code to scan. Sometimes it worked sometimes it did not. People would often pull over to the side in hopes that someone else could get the gates open. Community pool was great and was just a quick drive over - I would say it felt as advertised. Host was easy to reach and very responsive. Our kids (ranging 6-12 years old) loved the game room! Would highly recommend this rental for a lot of reasons.
