Slide open your patio doors onto your own private lanai, where you will find plenty of seating and an outdoor kitchen area. The pool terrace is truly amazing with an oversized paved area surrounding your private 50 ft x 30 ft. South-facing pool and oversized spa with plenty of sun loungers, tables, and chairs. For those seeking more backyard entertainment, be sure to take advantage of the newly added putting green and tiki bar, complete with speakers. • The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation

• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days before your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)

• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Prepaid cards are not accepted.
