The villa was just as advertised, it was clean, comfortable and ideal for our family party of 10 (adults, teenagers and a four year old child). During our stay we had a minor issue with the oven which was dealt with quickly by the host. The villa was in a great location and only a few minutes drive of all the parks, restaurants and shops. We wouldn't hesitate to rebook if we visited the area again

Great house. Extra clean. Just like the pictures on the listing. Great communication from the property manager. Everything was ready and working as expected at checkin. We had 11 adults and 3 children with plenty of room. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect in every way!

Our trip to Disney World would not have been complete without staying at this beautiful home! The pictures are completely accurate. This home had plenty of room for our family Christmas celebration! (The owners even had a Christmas tree set up! ) The game room was incredible, the entertainment for children of all ages was perfect, the pool, spa and back patio were amazing! Plenty of space for a large family get together. Our family didn't want to leave! Definitely recommend this wonderful home for your visit to the area!

Perfect for 6 Adults

The property was perfect for 6 Adults all staying in separate rooms, everyone got their own king-size bed and private bath. The spa heat worked great as did the grill. There was plenty of entertainment, a pool table, ping pong, stand-up video games, two game consoles, and several other games. The kitchen was well equipped as well as the rest of the house. The property was in good shape and well-maintained. I can definitely recommend this property for adults and for families with children there is plenty of room for all.

Group Disney Vacation

We stayed here for close to two weeks with a large group of friends, 9 young kids. We all had a great time and enjoyed our stay in this property. It had everything we needed, and plenty of space for the guests. The pool area was great and really enjoyed by the young kids. The mattresses were very comfortable. If we come back to Florida, we would definitely stay here again.

The Sunset Retreat is an amazing place to stay. The amenities (game rooms, private pool) were on point. Our family was so impressed with the entire set up. The owner thought if everything a family could possibly need to make their stay great. The pictures don't portray the true beauty of this home. Excellent vacation home

This house was very spacious and accommodating for our group of 12. The pool was amazing for all the kiddos and adults to play in and they even had pool toys to enjoy. Very responsive to any issues we had and were quick to resolve them. This home made our vacation even better with areas for relaxation and gathering together, along with the private pool and hot tub. Made for an excellent week and if we ever get back to Florida, we would definitely return to this home.

Family Reunion

We had a very cold wave during our stay. High 30s-Low 40s. As a result, the pool couldn't be heated for the most of the week. Despite this, 11 of us were able to take advantage of spacious spaces and excellent layout of family room, kitchen and game rooms. Also, the property manager was very responsive before and during the stay.

Amazing!!!

So far one of the best Vrbo stays. We lost my father and nephew last year. Just a few months apart. Family time and vacations in Florida were a huge thing for my father. Being able to bring my siblings, neice, nephews, and my family into one place was wonderful. This space made that possible. The host was very fast on response time. House was beautiful. Not very far from parks. I think my family wanted to move in permanently.
