Great villa

We stayed as a family of 5 with young kids. House was perfect not to big not to small. Walking distance to the club house , great location , very secure area. House was clean and had enough facilities to cook with. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Fun time with family

My family and I had a great time staying at this beautiful home I had no complaints The decor is beautiful ,the house was clean which I’m big on. Beds were comfortable I slept like a baby as did the family. Me and the rest of the extended family rented 6 homes in the Bellavida community and their homes were nice clean and comfy as well. We will be returning as soon as possible . The host of the home name Fernanda was always available for any questions/concerns

Good location and price

The size of this house fit our group of 7 perfectly. The room with the bunk bed has a twin trundle bed that pulls out, so our 3 teenage girls fit well in that room. It is in a gated community in a good location in Kissimmee. The resort was fairly quiet and mostly families. The house is tastefully decorated with a good amount of kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, bowls etc. The house was clean with the exception of the carpet in the bedrooms. That was fairly stained - it could use a good carpet cleaning. Some of the plastic blinds were broken or missing. However, all blinds had additional nice curtains to hide them. The pool heat was not turned on early enough prior to our arrival. Hence, we were not able to use the pool that first night, only the hot tub because it was too cold. The hot tub is not hot - it is warm, the same temperature as the pool. We had 2 separate issues with the pool that were handled quickly by Fernanda Prata, our host. Because of covid, the clubhouse and workout room is closed. The community pool and outside amenities are open. The community hot tub is the correct temperature for a hot tub. The house provided a number of good quality pool towels. The bath towels, however, were thin and only 6 were provided for our party of 7. So we had to use some of the pool towels to shower. They provided 1 trash bag, 1 toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 detergent packs for the dishwasher, 1 detergent pack for the washer, 1 liquid soap for the kitchen, no wash clothes, no salt or pepper. It felt a bit bare bones. But the price we paid for the house was fair for this area. I would consider staying at this property again during a warmer time. Then the lack of a real hot tub would not be as big of disappointment.

Great House

Great house for our vacation to Disney. Takes about 20 minutes to get to the parks, but having a house and pool to come home to certainly makes the short drive worth it. House is in good condition. Nice gated neighborhood with security guard present.
