Self catering Villa sleeps 8 situated on secluded gated resort with golf course and childrens play area, 2 min from 192 attractions.brand new 60 inch tv just been put in Fully air conditioned .Furnished to an excellent standard ensuring your holiday is both relaxing and enjoyable. There is cable TV ,DVD player, free internet access, u.s.,canada calls and a new games room with 8 ft pool table,table soccer,darts and table tennis table,.Boasting a west facing view overlooking a tranquill lake.The main room is large and spacious with plenty of room for all the family to relax after a busy day. The fully equipped kitchen dining area complete with refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, with patio doors leading to spacious pool and deck area. The family sized washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are provided and a full compliment of towels. master bedroom is fitted with a king sized bed, 42 inch TV large walk in closet and en suite bathroom. There are 3 other spacious bedrooms,1 queen sized bedroom and 2 twin beds en suite. The pool area provides ample space to soak up the Florida sun and pool heating 25 dollars a day,pets are allowed at a 125 dollar fee

This was a beautiful house with so much space. It was so clean, we felt like we were the first people to stay here. The pool and pool area was so relaxing. It was quiet. The beds and bedding were really comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

The house was very cozy. Loved that all rooms were on the same level. The pool lights up at night and the kids thought that was cool. The neighborhood is very quiet. Felt safe, would rent again for sure.

Property was in a good location. Although the neighborhood was nice, a SWAT team was at the neighbors and had our cars blocked in, and the next morning we was woke up by the police at a different neighbors.The pool view was nice and the pool was a good size and clean. I would suggest bringing your own towels and wash clothes. There wasn't enough towels for the size of my family and there wasn't any wash clothes. There is a washer and dryer but who wants to spend everyday washing towels on vacation. Also, bring or buy garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, and dishwashing liquid. I have stayed at plenty of VRBO that provides these things.

We were moving our son to UCF and needed a short stay with a washer and dryer, pool. This house was perfect. It was clean and a good location to get to the Turnpike to get up to the school. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved this villa - very clean and large. More than enough space for everyone. Pool was clean and ready to use, we spent most of our time in Disney, but the beds were comfortable and the location was reasonable for the price.
