Storey lake Luxury Escape Villa with Private Pool

Welcome to Storey Lake where you can take advantage of one of the closest drives to the Disney World Resorts (Less than 5 miles and can be reached in 8 minutes) and also adjacent to Universal Studios, Sea World, and all the other theme parks in the area.

This 6 bed / 5 bath villa has everything you could want after a long day at the theme parks:

A private pool and spa

Beautiful kitchen with oven, microwave, and refrigerator
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house & all of the resort amenities free! Parking is free and home comes with 3 parking spaces. The community also has street parking on first come first serve basis.

Please see below for pool and spa heating fees of $50 per night for the entire stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from 7 am through 11 pm each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the pool may not heat all the way to the desired temperature.
A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a third party company for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you more information for setup.
Please do not exceed guest max occupancy of 14 at all times. Must be at least 25 years of age to book this home.
Please note that this home is considered to be self catering. We provide a starter kit which includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag, and 1 hand soap per bathroom. We DO NOT provide detergent for the dishwasher, dish soap, or laundry detergent.

Storey Lake is a Resort Community that includes a Resort style pool, jacuzzi, lazy river, water slides and cabanas. The Clubhouse has a state of the Art Fitness Center and a Tiki Bar that offers poolside food and beverage service. Other amenities include a splash pad, sports court, mini golf (additional fee), Kayak Rentals (additional fee), and a full size sand volleyball court!

We had a great stay at your property for our very first vacation as a family in Florida. Was perfect location to visit Walt Disney world and many other places. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean as was the entire house. Tons of space for our 4 children to run around and the playroom added a nice touch. We would absolutely rent from you again in the future.

The house was clean and spacious and looked exactly as the photos. Kids loved the minion- and mickey- themed rooms. This place can easily accommodate two families with kids, possibly three! The owners were attentive and communicated well throughout the trip. We had a great time!

Absolutely loved our stay at this rental! With six comfortable bedrooms and room for 12, it was perfect for our family. I could easily get some work done while the kids enjoyed their time in the pool. Its location is unbeatable, being right on Disney's doorstep and surrounded by a variety of restaurants. Furthermore, the team at VRBO was impeccable to deal with, ensuring our experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a blend of work and leisure. We'll definitely be back

The property was more than what we expected. A very large home with an open kitchen, living area, three full/king size beds with bathrooms attached. Upstairs accommodated several people with a family room area. Everyone in my party was completely satisfied. The children enjoyed the pool, and they played in it for hours. Any help we needed from the managers, was taken care of without hesitate to meet our needs. We will recommend this site/property to anyone who asks where is a good place to go with a big family. We really enjoyed ourselves.

The house is very spacious and well decorated. We loved the themed rooms! It's also a great location to the pool/clubhouse and the management team was very quick to respond which is great. However, the house was not very clean upon arrival - we found old food stuck to the counters, the stairs had crumbs and debris stuck in them and there was hair in a bathroom sink. I understand there is high turnover in these properties but with the cost of the cleaning fee, it should at least feel clean. Overall we did enjoy our stay however next time we will likely choose a different house.

Super family-friendly house for us as a group of four adults and four children under 7. Quiet neighborhood and the rooms were very spacious with cute Disney themes—the playroom was an added bonus. Great location from airport and to all the Disney parks and wonderful to have our own pool as well as the club pool with water slides just two blocks away. Just keep in mind there is a lot of wear and tear in this house. The carpet on the stairway and upstairs could really use replacing, as well as, the couches. So if you’re looking for a meticulously clean place with a well stocked kitchen, this is not the house for you. The rental description says you don’t get many paper products so we did buy extra toilet paper and paper towels and brought our own laundry and dishwasher soaps. Also note that the barbecue is not available to use. We didn’t notice that and planned to barbecue chicken and burgers so we had to make a different plan. Good stay overall.

Great house and great location! Easy to get to Disney and really enjoyed the house and community pool. No one in our group of 12 had anything but great things to say.
