We welcome primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families aged 0-110! in this truly amazing designer decorated family vacation home.
Shine Villas never charge extra resort fees, access to the Premium Oasis clubhouse. This is included when renting this home with us!
This beautiful property comfortably provides accommodation for up to a maximum of 16 guests (including children) in Orlando.
Heated resort pools, water park style areas and world-class gym facilities compliment your own private pool and spa at your luxury home.

Upstairs – 2nd Floor
3. Miami – King Bed Master Suite with walk in closet, private bathroom with large walk-in shower. Sleeps 2.
4. Mickey – Twin bedroom Suite with 2 x Single/Twin Beds with Jack and Jill direct bathroom access. Sleeps 2.

It is Open Plan Living downstairs with a large dining table, plenty of seating at the kitchen bar area and a large couch with the main living area television.
The living area has direct access via large sliding doors to the pool deck where the private pool, dining area, loungers and outdoor chairs give our guests the flexibility to relax, eat or sit wherever they are most comfortable.
Loft / Snug / Games Area. Upstairs, includes foosball table and large TV and flexible space to hang out or catch a movie!
Be sure to check out the Oasis clubhouse at the Champions Gate Resort! Spend a day relaxing in the fabulous clubhouse and make sure to enjoy all the amenities provided, including a golf club, sundry shop, lagoon pools, a theater room, video arcade, fitness center, kids water slides and more.

Pets are considered in this home. Fees and Restrictions Apply and are normally $150 per animal (under 30LBs (maximum of 2) for normal length stays. For stays over 21 days pricing may vary. Please contact us in advance to confirm if your pet may be allowed in the home. Any non-authorized pets reported at the home are grounds for cancellation of the remainder of the reservation with no refund for unused portions of the stay.

The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($175 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $35 for each night plus tax.

We recommend adding pool heat to your reservation during the winter and spring months. Booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply. If pool heating is requested mid-stay an additional $40 pool heat activation or deactivation fee is payable to enable an engineer to attend the property and activate the system.

A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be delivered for your use from a local rental partner and we can assist you with this. A grill is not included in the standard rental. Advance notice is required as late requests cannot be guaranteed to be fulfilled – we will always do our best!

Linens, towels, and starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock at the local store on day 1. This home, with the large Fridge and Freezer is a self-catering paradise. Upstairs there is even a
Large Washer and Dryer in the upstairs laundry room.

Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie’, confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice or refund.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home.
Please note, we are not able to accommodate large groups of those under 25, guests with a local residential addresses or primary bookers under 25. This is to protect local noise ordinances, HOA rules and supports our strict no-party rule. The resort strictly prohibits parties and late-night noise.

If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.8% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.
