Quiet Neighborhood

We stayed for 3 months in a quiet neighborhood off US 27. The manager responded well to various issues we had, especially regarding the purchase of new kitchen pots and pans and the second floor HVAC (repaired). We were disappointed to learn that pool heating would cost 30/day. The pool needs to be refinished as parts of the bottom are pretty rough. The traffic in Central Florida is pretty bad, so be prepared. A good stay overall.

No bad but definitely needs work

Property needed a few things. Wasn’t the cleanest. Nails in driveway, missing molding in dining room with nails sticking out. Propane tank was empty for the grill. I could go on.. overall for what’s it’s worth wasn’t horrible. The property manager was willing to let us stay an extra night because we had sick family members the day of check out. I thought that was very accommodating.
