Golf

We all liked the property, close to good golf and plenty of space and comfort. Hope to be able to book again next year.

Great property location and amenities.

First the bad (very little): the dishwasher was broken and the king bed in the downstairs master bath is terrible and needs replaced. Now the good: clean house, plenty of towels and dishes. Hot tub part of the pool was nice and toasty. Every TV has a Roku you can use to sign into your favorite apps. Good internet. We plan on staying in the same house again!

New Year's getaway

This house checked off all my wants in a rental, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 en suites). 2 bedrooms downstairs and 3 upstairs. One master en suite downstairs and 1 master en suite upstairs. One queen bedroom downstairs with an attached bathroom that also has access from the hallway. The other 2 bedrooms upstairs were twin bedrooms. The one bedroom had access to the bathroom from that bedroom and also the hallway so the twin bedrooms shared that bathroom. Laundry room wasn't very big but it suited us just fine and it also led to the garage were the pool table was located. Four of our group spent a lot of time playing pool on our downtime. The pool was good, warm enough to play around in and the hot tub was hot. Our down days were cool days so the pool felt a little chilly but it would have been great on a warm day, no complaints on the pool. Both neighbors had dogs but they were great about controlling the barking, no complaints on that either. Neighborhood was a great location. The house is approximately 25-30 minutes from Disney. I-4 can be a nightmare at times so we checked for alternate routes to avoid it. Smoke detector started beeping low battery on our last day and they sent maintenance out right away to change the battery. The only thing my husband and I noticed was the master bed downstairs seemed old and could stand to be replaced, it creaked a lot when you moved, we tried spinning the mattress but it didn't help. I would stay here again even with that.
