Sonshines Florida Villa is a stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property with its own private pool, in Kissimmee, Florida with all the home comforts to ensure a truly wonderful vacation or extended stay. Within 12 minutes drive of Disney Main Gate ( a little longer to reach the actual parks once you're on Disney property). Luxury, Style and Comfort, beautiful electric leather reclining lounge furniture - total relaxation after a busy day. Country Creek Estates is a beautiful, well maintained community. The property is fully equipped with all household appliances including Samsung Smart TVs for streaming with Disney+, ESPN+ and Hulu TV to name just a few. The two main bedrooms also have their own flat screen TVs. Free High speed Wifi, DVD, HiFi, ADT monitored alarm system with external CCTV and a 'Rain soft' water treatment system which gives limitless pure water that is amazing on your skin. Full laundry facilities with quality Samsung top load washing machine and a electric dryer should you need it. The kitchen is fully equipped with guests frequently telling me, it is better equipped than their own homes; microwave, blender, slow cooker, pots, pans, 2 types of coffee machines and the list goes on. Plus there is a mini library of books left by previous guests so feel free to dip in and some board games should you need them.

We're always contactable and offer great ways to save money. Plus, I don't charge extra for school holidays! (Retired teacher so I know the struggles)
POOL HEATING Is optional and is charged at cost per day. Currently £35 per day and will be charged separately. This may be required from October - March but is totally optional.
For the younger traveller, there is a full size cot bed, with bedding, high-chair and stair gate to ensure their safety at all times (used on the bedroom door should it be needed).
Every detail is hopefully catered for to ensure you comfort and really make this a home from home experience for everyone.
We have a recycling policy in place with guests encouraged to sort the rubbish into the respective recycling bins provided by Kissimmee at the property. We also encourage all guests to use the tumble dryer sparingly and use the washing line in the garage, for drying clothes; every bit we can do to help save our planet is a bonus for the future; the garage does get very hot and is perfect for this. All lighting at the villa is LED or solar.
