* There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate.
Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected
by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be
available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay
can be requested for an additional fee.
* If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the
Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses
and the package will be returned back to the sender.
* Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
* In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees
may apply. Some resorts may not accept them.

Parking

Please Note: Parking at this resort includes three complimentary
vehicle passes. Any additional vehicles will require payment of an
additional fee of $25 per vehicle, per stay. All vehicles,
complimentary or paid, must be registered in advance of arrival through
the community’s electronic system. Each guest will receive a QR Code to
be scanned upon arrival once registered. If a guest has not been
registered in advance of arrival, the attendant will issue a one-time
24-hour complimentary pass, and the guest will not be permitted
re-entry once expired. Please ensure that all vehicles and drivers are
communicated to Top Villas prior to arrival at the resort.
