Great place but slightly dissatisfied

We had a great stay at this property, enjoying quality time with friends and family. Our anticipation for a heated pool, for which we prepaid via their convenient app, was unfortunately met with disappointment upon arrival as the pool was unheated. Although we understand that unforeseen issues can arise, it took a considerable 2 days to rectify the situation. Post-stay, we kindly requested a refund for the days we paid for pool heat but couldn't utilize, yet nearly 3 weeks later, clarity on this matter remains elusive. While we acknowledge that this may not seem significant in the larger context, the lack of prompt resolution did detract from our overall experience and left us feeling somewhat dissatisfied.
