"Small dated and musty rooms. Housekeeping service is a knock and towels. No trash removal or anything. Windows not noise insulated. On the last night i saw a small bug with wings in my room.Shirtless man sitting outside his room in desk chair on sidewalk smoking a cigarette was just the cherry on top."

"First off, we won't be staying at this resort again. Basic amenities were not provided in our 3 bedroom condo. No wash cloths, no dish cloth or sponge, NO COFFEE, no baking sheets for cooking, 1 pod for dishwasher for our 3 night stay, 1 pod for washing machine, 1 extra garbage bag, etc. Not to mention, 2 fire alarms with zero explanation as to why (mid afternoon and one at 11:30 pm). We also had cockroaches in our room. I think they were living in the toaster. I killed 4 cockroaches during our stay. The bathrooms smelled like urine and were in need of some improvements like the floor tiles that had gaps between them, the toilets that were clearly caulked around several times but not recently, and the air conditioner filter that had not been changed in over 6 months. The restaurant on site was very slow to bring out our food and they were nowhere near capacity. There was never a time where you couldn't look around and see garbage laying somewhere near you. I clocked a full sized sheet of paper by the pool in the early morning that was still there in the evening and it had been joined by several empty drink cups, beer cans, etc. I never once saw a staff member pick up a single piece of garbage while I was there. If you're looking for poolside service for food and drinks, you'll want to go somewhere else. We were lucky enough to flag down a server on our first day and were not able to do so again during our stay. I'm limited to 1500 characters, but I promise there is more."

"The staff were friendly and very helpful. The included buffet breakfast and dinner was pleasant surprise. Plenty of options and delicious for a buffet! The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, especially if you are visiting the parks or ESPN (we were there for cheer nationals). We also enjoyed the poolside restaurant and Pizza Hut on site."

"The room was okay. I just didn’t like that you couldn’t close the door to the bathroom because the toilet was too close and the lock to the bathroom door is on the outside instead of the inside."

"As a nervous traveler in her 50s , I found this to be a very easy and accommodating resort. My daughter and I planned the trip 24 hrs before and arrived at about 12 at night , staff was kind and helpful and the resort had a nice atmosphere. The room was tidy and easy to find . The food availability was amazing and tasty. We had a great time at the Universal parks with easy shuttles back and forth . We will definitely be back ."
