Pool and Spa Use

* The attached spa is not a hot tub and does not include jets.
* The spa can only be warmed when the full pool heating system is in
use, and both areas will reach the same temperature.
* Pool heating has a maximum temperature limit of 95°F.
* In colder weather, the heating system may not perform as expected
and can occasionally become unavailable due to built-in safety
controls.

Deliveries and Packages

* Packages weighing more than 30 lb are not accepted at the
clubhouse.
* Delivered items are held for up to 30 days; anything not collected
within that period may be discarded.
* Postal service deliveries are not accepted for vacation homes and
are typically returned to the sender.
* Meal deliveries can be brought directly to the house.
* The property is not responsible for issues related to online orders
or package deliveries.

Housekeeping

* Daily housekeeping is not included during the stay.
* Mid-stay cleaning may be arranged separately if needed.
