**We are offering Free BBQ from December 1st, 2022 - April 1st, 2023.

We'd love to host you at our 4-bedroom home located in Solara Resort! The property is located in Kissimmee just 15 min from Orlando's major attractions. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Specials on pool heat are available. Perfect for two families with children.

The Space:
This amazing 4 bedroom luxury townhome is located in Solara Resort. We've created the perfect space to live the Disney dream!

We've done our best to make our home a comfortable and also fun place to stay during your vacations in Florida. Two living room spaces to enjoy all the movies together or apart.

All bedrooms include Smart TVs

** Our Pool Heat Fee is $45 per day, please request pool heat before your arrival, a minimum of 2 days' notice is needed it.

** BBQ grill is included in rental and can be utilized upon request. Gas grills are not allowed on property and discovery of usage of a gas grill may result in fine or eviction.

The kitchen is fully equipped, it has all the necessary equipment and tools you need to prepare any type of meal for you and the family.

Sheets and towels are of course provided. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, and kitchen supplies for the moment of your arrival. You are responsible for purchasing all extra supplies required for the duration of your stay if needed it.

Beautiful house with a pool, very clean and great customer service

We arrived at the property and the pool was green. We notified the property manager and 2 days later they came and shocked the pool. We lost 4 days out of our 7 day stay with no pool to use. When we did use the pool my daughter had a severe reaction due to chemicals used. So really on 2/7 days we could use the pool. The back door lock was not working, property manager was notified and nothing was done. We felt unsafe at night sleeping and leaving our belonging in the place without a proper working lock. We communicated issues to property management and asked for some compensation, 6 months later we are still waiting and the property manager keeps asking for more time. I don't like posting negative reviews, and usually able to work something out but this property management company doesn't seem to want to make an effort for the inconvenience with reasonable and patient guests.
