Great House!

We frequent Florida, and this is by far one of the best houses we have stayed at. It was the perfect size for our family of five. It was very clean, the location was perfect and the pool was great. We will definitely look into booking this house for future trips. Highly recommend staying here!

A great place to rent

This was a great place to rent for our holiday. The place was clean and updated. It was very conveniently located on a quiet street but very close to International Drive. The management team was responsive. The house was equipped with a full kitchen and towels and sheets. Overall I would highly recommend and would book again.

Loved this place!

We decided to take our 2 year old to Disney and this house was close to Disney. We loved getting back in the afternoons and relaxing by the pool when we had a long day at the parks! Highly recommend staying here!

Spring Break in style!

Spent a week here for Spring Break with my two boys, and we were very pleased with the house, the amenities and location. Very well appointed, very comfortable beds - if you planning on coming to Orlando for Disney or Universal, this is the place to stay!

Great as Always!

This is our third stay in a row in this home. It is the only truly accessible home we have found over the past 14 years of florida vacations. That's why it will always be our first choice!Lots of restaurants within 6-8 min. Disney is 15-20 min drive. Lots of other fun things!

Just right

We stayed here to go to the parks and it was easy check in process, very open communication. Very clean and spaces are utilized well. Master bed is extremely comfortable, we slept so good. My son accidentally knocked a dish down and it broke, I was nervous to tell owner, but he responded non judgmentally and I appreciate his grace.

A week Away

Property was perfect for my family. Communication with the owner was timely, clear, and concise. Many reviews stated problems with paper goods and gargabe bags, but knowing this is not a hotel, they gave enough supllies to get started and get to the store. I look forward to using this property in the future. Close to Walmart and Disney parks were roughly 20 minutes depending on traffic.

Disney World Vacation

Took my family on a Disney World vacation, and this was the perfect house to stay at. It gets hot and humid in Florida, so to be able to take a dip in the pool after being in the parks all day was just "icing on the cake" to an already perfect day. Highly recommend this place for anyone planning a Disney World vacation.

This property was absolutely spotless, well updated and everything you could want or need in a rental. Paid extra to heat the pool and was not disappointed. The only disappointment was leaving!!!!

Family trip over Thanksgiving

Our family of 4 decided to do Disney over Thanksgiving this year and rented this house for our stay. This house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We didn’t use the pool due to the weather but it was a beautiful patio nonetheless. The garage had a pool table which everyone enjoyed in the evening. The only confusion we had was the door lock which was on my part, I misread the check in instructions and thought the code I was given was for the lock and not the key box. Overall I loved this property and look forward to booking here in the future!

No laundry soap and required towel washing

The house is beautifully remodeled and decorated. Spotlessly clean with nice linens and towels provided. A wonderful master bath. The location is amazing and near Walmart and dozens of restaurants. The living room TV is giant with fabulous picture quality, but be aware there is no live (OTA) signals so live sporting events might be unavailable. There are smaller TVs in two of the bedrooms and they have ROKU. Since we had a February stay, we didn't use the pool but it, too, looked immaculate. As others mentioned, the entry door has an electronic keypad which was a fooler, but look to the right for the lockbox and physical key inside. The owner asks you to wash the towels before you leave ... that's no problem ... but he provides no laundry soap even though he provides dishwashing detergent. Yes, I read your warning about supplies, but having to go out and buy laundry soap was a real bummer. What would it have cost you to provide a single Tide Pod? Other reviewers have mentioned this too. Yes, it's a minor irritant, but it leads me to suspect that previous tenants simply didn't use any soap to wash the towels. uugh.

Heads Up

We rented from 3/9-3/16. We paid extra to have the pool heated for the week because you never know what the temps might be in March. Well, we really didn't get to use the pool due to the amount of dead earth worms in the pool. Not only was there over a dozen big dead worms, but the pool had so many things floating around on top of the water and all over the tile on the sides. If there was a pool skimmer net, I would've taken the time to get the worms out and skim the top to have a cleaner pool, for use. This is the first house we have rented in Florida that didn't have a pool skimmer net available. It stated in the folder on the living room table, the pool is professional cleaned weekly. It hasn't been cleaned. We are pool owners, and I can tell it wasn't cleaned prior or during our week of stay. Just a waste of money to have the pool heated, and not used. Check out, they ask you to make sure you take out all the trash and recyclables and make sure they are bagged before putting in the bins outside, but no trash bags are provided. You have to take out trash a few times during your stay for the week. There was only 1 bag in each of the trash and recycle can. I'm not going to go buy trash bags as a few should be provided for the guest inside the trash cans at the bottom. The rest of the house was nice.

Fantastic home with all the perks!

Stayed here for 9 days while in Orlando for my daughter's AAU volleyball tournament and then 2 days at Disney. Home was very clean and pool was a great bonus for the hot summer days in Florida. Communication from owner was always prompt and made for a wonderful stay.

We really loved our stay at this house! Driving to Disney was SO easy, around 15 minutes each time. It was super convenient to come home for afternoon cool-off/pool breaks.We didn’t cook much (there’s tons of restaurant options nearby), but having the kitchen and a large table was great. Laundry was easy. We also loved the pool table. Everything was perfect for our family of four.
