The stay was great! The location to the clubhouse was great The condo needed help bed downstairs was terrible The toasters bottom was duck taped Refrigerator had no handle emergency light in the hall way was taped No dish rag to wash dishes The ceiling where a mess with water stains pool deck was dirty and weeds it’s sad that renters dist

Very pleased!

This is located in a gated neighborhood with security cameras so we felt very safe. This unit is walking distance to the pool/clubhouse which also had a nice game room. We used those amenities several times while staying there! It also has a nice market at the clubhouse with snacks drinks and hot food which we went to many times! This is located close to all the attractions and there are tons of nearby restaurants. Also walmart is only a few blocks away which is very handy. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We were a family of 2 adults and 4 teens and we felt we had ample space. The kitchen was well stocked and had a nice pantry for storing groceries. Easy entry at check in with a keypad code. Thanks for a wonderful experience!!

Great place to stay with our kids!

Our family loved staying here. They have everything you need and everything is in close proximity but still private and enjoyable. The Waterpark is awesome as well as the playgrounds. We loved having the convenience of walking right over to the clubhouse and pool deck. Overall we had a great time!

Great stay

Arrived late at night but gates are attended all night so it was an easy process to get in. Condo is advertised, it was close to Disney for us and other activities we did. It was a great stay

Wonderful place to stay

We really enjoyed the property. It was clean and everything was in good order. It was also close to Disney, which made our commute easy. The pool was great at the end of a long day and the owners were great to deal with. I wouldn’t have changed a thing and would recommend this to anyone planning a Disney vacation!

Great family rental

The unit was perfect sized for our family of 5. It was clean and had everything we needed and was super close to Disney! Only complaint is that the intersection you have to go through to get to the parks and grocery store was always congestion and lights were quick so you always had to wait. Overall we would recommend this property to others and would stay here again!

Latorre Family Florida Trip

Very clean and the Disney theme was great for the grandchildren. Close proximity to the local Theme Park attractions. The resort as a whole was great including the short walks to the pool/waterpark and the playgrounds. The owners were extremely gracious and helpful. We would recommend this home for families with small children.

A Wonderful Stay

Property was just perfect for our family's needs. Grandma, Grandpa, Daughter, Son in-law, Grandson (4) and Granddaughter (3). Very clean, private pool was fantastic after long days, resort amenities were first class, especially with water park area for grandkids. Hosts were very assessable and quick to respond to some questions I had. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone. If in the area again would definitely stay here again. Great location for going to theme parks.

Beautiful vacation home!

Our family of 5 stayed at Storytime 2, February 4-10th. We spent most of our vacation at the Disney Parks (which are just a few miles away!) but it was so nice to come home to a clean, comfortable house instead of a tiny hotel room. We did stay in one day and loved the clubhouse pool. Storytime 2 is clean, comfortable and Elias was the perfect host! We will be back!

Great location

Location was great. Our specific condo was close to the club house which was amazing. The only thing I could say is that for them paying a cleaning person it’s not as clean as it should be. And the bathtub doesn’t drain because of hair clogged in. All things i suppose you expect from a public condo. Loved the mini pool for when we didn’t feel like being around others. Thanks for the stay!

Amazing vacation home!

The property and facilities were amazing! The house was decorated beautifully and the private pool in the backyard was refreshing! My Granddaughters loved the resort so much they couldn't wait to leave Disney to get back and swim. They loved the waterpark and slides at the resort and for us adults the hottub was best for us to soothe the sore aching muscles and joints from walking Disney. Elias was a pleasure to deal with and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We will definitely be booking this house again for a future visit. This is the place to stay! Great stay!

The check in process was very smooth and efficient. The resort was beautiful, clean, well-maintained and provided a sense of comfort and security with the gated entrance/exit. The property itself was clean, organized and had a great set-up with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you’d need and the pool was heated as requested and was so much fun! The owners provided the initial essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. The location of the property is perfect walking distance from the clubhouse. The resort was also very close to all the theme parks as well as a Walmart and Starbucks right down the road. The owners provided great instructions and details for the start and responded quickly to messages. Overall this was a great place to stay for our young family and we would definitely stay here again!

Mixed feelings

This was a lovely house. However, a few things were misleading. With Disney bedding, etc. you assume it’s a good house for children but it is not. There are large glass tables in the living area that make it uncomfortable. I was afraid one of the children would bump a table and break it. Additionally, the backyard pool was pictured but no instructions were given to disarm the alarm. Additionally, I’ve never had to pay a security deposit at a Vrbo in addition to the large Vrbo fees already paid. I assume I will get that back since there were no instructions for how to clean before we left and no equipment to clean with. As beautiful as the resort was, I would not stay here again

Great little vacation rental

Pros: The rental was located very close to the community pool but not on a busy street, which we appreciated. The pool at the rental was the perfect size for the kids to play in when the adults didn't want to go get in the community one with them. The house was very clean and comfortable with a great amount of space for our group. While we did not necessarily need them, the fence by the pool and child lock on the sliding doors were nice. Walmart was just up the street while pleanty of other grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, dollar stores and tourist shops were just a short drive away. The highway was very easy to jump on to get to Disney without having to go through any tolls. Cons: the front gate to the community was not very well organized and never seemed to be the same process to get in, a few lights were burnt out around the rental, the bottom dresser drawer was broken on the first floor bedroom as well as the headbord was not securely attached, the drain stopper in the sink in the kids (Mickey Mouse) bedroom was stuck down and the had a slight drip. One out of the two dead bolts on the front door did not latch and there was a gap of daylight showing through when the door was closed. Overall, we really enjoyed this rental property and would recommend it to friends and family!

Condo in need of repair. Owner did not make good on promise of reimbursement.

The location is great but the condo definitely needs a lot of repairs. Day one of our arrival a handyman was changing out the front door locks which delayed us access to the condo for 90 minutes. Once that passed our initial entry into condo was plagued by a horrid sewage smell. Turns out the hot water heater had failed and nobody told the owner. We had to live with the smell for a day and 1/2 and also had to let the repairman have access to the condo while we stayed there. Several tiles in the upstairs bathroom were loose, tub faucets were loose and disheveled, kitchen sink had a small leak, and the downstairs toilet was loose from the floor. Owner promised to reimburse us for one day stay for our troubles. Owner failed to make good on his promise of reimbursement. Overall the condo looks better in the photos than it really is. Again location is great and price is cheap but there is a reason for that. Would not stay again.

The washing machine smelled so bad! I even went to walmart and bought washing machine cleaner. It did NOT help!! The towels all smelled dirty as did the laundry i washed (currently rewashing everything at home). Also found a purple fake finger nail in the main bedroom floor. Had a few dead bugs as well.

Great accommodation everything we needed

From the start our host was very helpful and answered our initial questions. We were then given comprehensive info re check in etc. The house was perfect for us, a party of 4 adults and 2 children. The children loved the themed rooms and the pool. The resort was excellent with great pool facilities, chilled areas and shop and restaurant. Couldn’t fault it. Would recommend our hosts properties and if we come to the USA again will consider Windsor Hills first.

Home away from home

Comfortable, kids loved the theme room and bathroom, pool in the back was amazing for a relaxed evening after walking the parks, everything that is needed was available. Host was super accommodating and accessible.
