Our Disney vacation villa is recently updated with new floor, new appliances. It has 2 Kings, 2 Queens & 4 Twins, is located in the # 1 overall rated Vacation Resort of Windsor Hills. Windsor Hills Resort is considered by many guests and travelers to be the best overall vacation home community in and around the Central Florida's Disney area with a newly renovated in resort Water Park that is free to our guests. The Windsor Hills Resort is just about 2 miles to the main entrance of Disney’s main gate and is also less than 5 minute drive to the major shops and restaurants located on Highway 192 -Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway.

This gorgeous house has everything you need for your vacation: new high end furniture with new comfortble beds/beddings/towels, fully equipped kitchen, free high-speed/wireless Internet, free long distance phone call, game room with a full size, 8 ft professional pool table and a foosball, All LCD flat screen cable TVs in each bedroom and family room and more. Amazing vacation rental

This location was amazing, overall. The house is in great condition, and well maintained. The owner was wonderful to work with, and very responsive when i had questions. I would work with the owner for any future trips to Orlando.

Great Thanksgiving!

Went there with my kids and grandkids over Thanksgiving week and it was fantastic!! Such a great location and the house was roomy and clean. Minutes to Disney. Even made a full Thanksgiving dinner for 10 in the kitchen. Would love to stay there every year!

Great family time

This was very welcoming for our family reunion of 3 generations. It was well suited for the age ranges. We enjoyed swimming in the pool. Several enjoyed the pool table. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home!

Home was great! Very clean. Only thing was temperature was warm. I realize thermostats cannot be set below a certain temp but ceiling fans would have been helpful as we had to go buy box fans.. otherwise would recommend!

Great place for a group!

Enjoyed our stay! Close to parks and Downtown. Fun for all of us to be together. Great pool at house and at community area. Kids enjoyed game room and water slides!

Great Extended Family vacation.

This was a great home for our extended family vacation. We had a grandmother, brothers and sisters, and nieces and nephews from all different areas meet and enjoy a week together. It was large and spacious, and we enjoyed every minute. The owner was very quick to respond with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this house and Windsor Hills community.

Family vacation.

Beautiful home with tons of space for the 10 of us. Spent most of our free time in the pool and hot tub. Grandkids had a great time making use of basketball court, Water slides etc. We found the food at the snack bar at the club house to be very good. Location was close to shopping and theme parks. Lee responded back quickly to any questions/issues which we had. Overall we had a great time and would definitely go back

Vacay

Had a great family vacay despite air conditioning issues. We arrived and the house and home temperature was at 93 degrees. Property manager sent out repair person who fixed it by that evening only to have it shut back down 2 days later with another repair person coming to fix it by bedtime. Grill was dirty. Pool was great and the home was set up well for a family.

Great Vacation Home!

This very clean, well equipped and maintained home was perfect for our multi-generation family vacation to Disney World & Orlanda. We were four adults and three kids, age 3, 7, and 10. We were pleased to see the "kid-proof" fence surrounding the pool (which we made great use of during our stay!). The home was very spacious and allowed us all to either gather together or spread out as we saw fit. A nice plus was the home's location which was minutes from the parks, but also minutes from several great restaurants and grocery shopping. We did arrive a tad early and were able to meet the property manages who were very nice and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this lovely home to others and would hope to stay there again the next time we return to Orlando.

Springbreak Florida Family

The owner was very attentive from the intial time of booking and throughout our stay. The house was clean, just as advertised. The location was perfect. The only Con: -Extra charges for 'normal' things such as having the pool heated, and use of the grill. There's a daily fee if you add those items, which I didn't realize until after booking was confirmed. Pros: -Priced right for home size and location. -The homeowner was kind enough to remind us of the 'add-ons' prior to our trip, and was very generous in pricing the daily rate for the pool heater. -Home is centrally located near the major roads, highways, restaurants, & Orlando theme parks. -Home is in a relatively safe gated community. - Gate security is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely book here again on our next Orlando trip.

Absolutely perfect!

The Windsor Hills Resort is awesome! You can't go wrong it is made for short term rentals! You feel safe and welcomed! The community pool was 90 degrees! The splash park and slides are at the pool but cold water. The castle park is right around the corner from the condo.The condo has one Q downstairs and a bathroom. Up some pretty steep stairs (they did provide baby gates) there are 2 K suites, a Q, 2 rooms with 2 two twins that share a full bath. Nice size rooms- most would hold a port-a-crib or the wooden fold out crib that was provided.There were only 8 of us so we had plenty of room. It was nice to have a table we could all eat at. MY CONS- The cost to heat the pool is pretty pricey 45 a day and it took a few days to get warm-we did only give them 4 days' notice to heat the pool. The sliding glass door to the pool would slide off the track which was annoying - someone on the inside had to lift it up and in to get it to open. But I am thinking they will be getting that fixed soon.I would recommend getting Walmart plus to deliver groceries it is so convenient and the store that is very close on Old Lake Wilson Road is a crazy crowed madhouse. Also, they only supply one towel per person. Stop by a cheap souvenir store on hwy 192 and grab some 4–5-dollar beach towels.Your first grocery order should include 12-gallon trash bags the only size allowed, dishwasher pods, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.We hope to return we liked it here and the price!

Special Olympics National Games

Sizewise the property was as advertised. Pleanty of room for 7 adults and 1 infant. There were tears in the lanai screen but when brought to the attention of management they were immediately repaired. Nice community, easy access to Disney attractions including ESPN. Resort services for business (copying, faxing, printing, scanning, etc) is limited. Overall a good experience. I would come back again.

Great Location at Windsor Hill!

Great Location! just a 5 minute walk to the resort pool. The house was very nice but had some minor issues with the pool, was a little dirty and off coloured. I contacted the owner and he had someone there a couple hours later to shock and clean the pool. Lee was very responsive and helpful for all request.

Enjoyed the stay at this beautiful villa

This was the second time we stayed at Lee’s villa in Windsor Hills Resort. The house was very clean, spacious and accommodating for everyone. We spent a few days at the parks, also enjoyed the clubhouse facilities, and kids especially liked the water slide very much! The house is very close to clubhouse and it only took a few minutes’ walk. Thank you Lee for giving us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful villa again!

Nice spot to relax

Lee was excellent in communicating with me during the booking process. The house was exactly as advertised and we had no issues during our stay. It was nice to find a home with 6 bedrooms that were mostly king and queen setups in lieu of all doubles. A lot of people forget that Florida and Disney aren’t just for children.

Excellent Service

We had a wonderful time in Windsor Hills. There was a small issue with the pool being dirty. The property manager handled it quickly and went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of. Having our own pool was amazing to relax after long sightseeing days.

Nice experience ( dated appliances/furniture)

Overall my family enjoyed themselves at the property. Paid extra for the heated pool so they could play throughout day/evening. Only feedback I would give to the owner is to update appliances/furniture. I could tell that the couches in living area near the pool were worn and they had stains. Aluminum was used for kitchen stoves. Other than that the neighborhood was wonderful and kids enjoyed themselves
