A BBQ grill is not kept at the home. Please inquire when booking for a list of local rental providers.

Pool and spa heat is included in your reservation. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~100 degrees.

3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence, as well as pool alarms on the doors leading out to the pool, which meets local safety code requirements.

4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.

6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.

7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. The home is otherwise self-catering.

8) Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.

9) Is smoking allowed? Are pets allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home; smoking outside on the pool deck is permitted. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.

Fantastic stay

Amazing villa only 15 mins from all Disney parks, Walmart 5 minute drive and plenty of restaurants within a 10 min drive. Villa had all the amenities we could wish for and the the pool was fantastic. Thanks to the owners for a fantastic stay.

Disney family vacation

We loved our stay here. The home was in a perfect location, close to stores and restaurants and just a few minutes from Disney. It was great for families with children and it had everything we needed and was very clean. We loved the pool and the neighborhood, would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Orlando.

Great option, super close to parks

We shared this house with another family of four and everyone had just the right amount of space. The pool and hot tub were clean and functional, and the kids enjoyed the game room.

Perfect!

Stayed for our Disney vacation. I have a large family- children of all ages and this home was perfect for all of us! The home was clean and near everything we needed. It was close to the parks and check in and check out were a breeze! Will stay here again!

Great place to stay for a wonderful Disney vacation

This property was fantastic from its amenities to its location. It was perfect for just sticking around the house and the neighborhood to heading out for dinner to running to Disney for the day. The space was wonderful for multiple families or just one family and had something for everyone. The rental process from booking, to check-in, to check-out was easy and hassle free. We would definitely consider a stay here again in the future!

Perfect place to stay!

The Walking on Sunshine Villa was amazing and will not disappoint. Staying at this villa made my family’s first FL vacation an absolute dream! Checkin was very easy and walking into the villa was magical. Music was playing upon our arrival which added to the experience. If you are unsure of where to stay for your vacation, I will always recommend staying here. Anytime we are in the area, I would not want to book anywhere else!

Great villa

We had a great stay here. The property was exactly as listed and has great amenities. We had lots of fun in the games room and pool. The location is perfect for Disney and there’s a Starbucks and Walmart just around the corner. The communication was great and they were able to accommodate a late check out at short notice which we were very grateful for given we had a late flight. I would definitely stay here again.

This house is beautiful! Fantastic location with no neighbors behind home and a private the pool. Incredible game room! We've stayed at multiple homes in Windsor Hills and this is definitely our favorite!

Beautiful home as pictured and described!!

We could not have been happier with this property. The house was just as pictured and clean ready to go once we got there. We have stayed at Windsor Hill resort several times prior to this each time in a different house/condo but was very happy with our stay. We stayed for a week with two families in this house and plenty of room! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you :)

Fantastic Villa

We were delighted with the villa it was clean and decorated beautifully. We spent 15 days and it was amazing relaxing around a very good size pool which the kids loved was heated perfectly. Communication with the owners was no problem and the information supplied meant we didn’t need to communicate much if at all!! Villa is in a gated area with great shared water park facilities and small gym which is well kept. Also other facilities were available all great. Very short distance to Walmart and Disney parks great location. Thanks for a great stay !!

Excellent property - close to the parks

We have stayed at Windsor hills many time before when visiting the Disney parks. This house was exactly what we needed! It was very clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds and nice towels and linens. There was also quite a few baby/toddler accessories - stroller, high chair, pack and play, etc. The step stools in the bathrooms were appreciated by my toddler. The pictures represent the listing well. Communication with the host was quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Very good overall

Location was excellent. Short drive to theme parks. Cleanliness of home was great. Pool skimmer didn't seem to be working properly. Resorr pool, store, and restaurant were closed for repair/renovation. This was disappointing since we were not informed.

Everything with house was great. Pool was not clean. Deep end was loaded with leaves and a bandaid in spa. Manager upon check in Tuesday said to send pictures which we did. Send email Wednesday and Thursday nothing. Pool guy finally came Friday at noon.

great stay

great stay, loved the game room! property manager was quick and easy to work with for the couple of items we needed help with. property was amazing having coffee on back patio early mornings with the nature nearby. only suggestion i'd make, is for families staying 1 week or longer, to leave a few extras to accomodate suchas: garbage bags, laundry and dish detergent, and toilet paper...i think our stay was setup for a smaller group with a shorter stay we had one of each item (not enough for family staying a week)...but that is NO complaint it was an amazing stay. thank you.

Great Property

Great property. Exactly as described. Game room was awesome, pool was perfect, the house was exactly what we needed. Only ding is the beds, ton of money spent on tvs and the house itself but a few more pillows, blankets and decent sheets would go a long way.

Amazing!

We walked in and we were amazed! The pictures are fantastic but being there was even better. The house was immaculate, everything was exactly as described. The game room kept my kids busy as Hurricane Ian rolled through, so happy we had it. We really got lucky with this house and the location. It was minutes from Disney. We would absolutely stay again.
