• Registered guests only. No unregistered visitors or overnight guests without prior approval.

• No parties or events. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.

• Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

• Please report any damages or maintenance issues as soon as possible so we can resolve them quickly.

• Do not move furniture or indoor items outside.

• Lost keys, key cards （pool cards), remotes, may incur replacement fees.

• Please turn off lights, TVs, and set the thermostat to a reasonable temperature(72) when leaving the home.

• Late checkout without prior approval may result in additional charges.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages delivered before, during, or after your stay.
Please follow all community rules, including parking regulations and pool hours.
Please park only one in front of the garage, other cars in designated parking spaces.
