Welcome to this special gem of a vacation home.

Ready to create family memories Mushu's Temple is located just off HWY 27 in Davenport in the Estates at Legacy Park. Only minutes to the theme parks this home is large and will make lasting vacations for any guests.

The home features 5 bedrooms all on the main floor with a bonus den upstairs that serves as a large game room and work area.

The open kitchen overlooks the family room and pool area though the large patio doors and windows.

The pool has a built in spa and has a South West orientation which provides sun almost all day. There are also no rear neighbors providing excellent privacy.

The villa, situation in the quiet community of The Estates in Legacy Park, occupies a large corner lot and not directly overlooked in the front and back and is located less than 20 minutes from Disney World, but you''ll be able to escape to your own slice of happiness with ease.
This home has an open kitchen and living room which is perfect for large groups to socialize easily, and the living room opens up onto the over sized pool deck and the South Facing Pool and Spa, which catches the sun all day long. A luxury home in every sense for you to enjoy and to cherish.

If you did not request pool/spa heat when placing your booking and would like to add this service, please contact us at least a week prior to your arrival, as most pools take up to 24-48 hours to heat from the time it is turned on. If you arrive and wish to add this service, there is a USD 50.00 call out fee in addition to the daily pool/spa heat fees. Gas pool heaters is $40 per day plus tax. Electric pool heat is $30.00 per day plus tax. Pool/spa heat has a 4 consecutive day minimum.

Pool heat is set between 83°F and 86°F. We are unable to adjust this setting. If the temperature is in this range and it is not comfortable for you, the only option would be to turn the pool heat off. There are no refunds provided when this situation occurs.

Spa Heat
If the home has a spa, you must purchase pool heat for it to be warmed. The spa can only be heated by the pool heater. If you purchase pool heat, the spa can only be heated to 100, as the spa is not a hot tub.

Pool Heat and Extreme Low Outdoor Temperatures
All pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components, which automatically shut off if the outside temperature drops below 50°F. This is a protective mechanism to prevent the pool pump from breaking by over exhausting to compensate for the cooler weather. In this case, the water temperature will indeed fall. Heat will automatically restart once the outside temperature reaches 50°F. Please note there are no refunds provided when this situation occurs. Pool/spa heating is only available Oct 1 through April 30th.
No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the property (including Vape). A cleaning fee of USD 350.00 plus tax will be assessed to any guest violating the smoking policy to cover extra costs for sanitizing the home.

No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the home. If a pet is in the home, the guests will be asked to vacate the property without a refund. A cleaning fee of USD 350.00 plus tax will be assessed to any guest violating the pet policy to cover extra costs for sanitizing the home.

Perfect home for our Disney vacation

Home from home

We have just spent 5 weeks at this this lovely villa, it has got everything you need to have an enjoyable holiday we didn’t want to leave, the pool cleaner came along every week and he was very professional. The beds are all very comfortable, and it was nice to be able to put the cars in the garage. Hope to be able to visit again in the not to distant future. The management company were very helpful.

Family Vaca 2019

This home is everything claimed, very nice location in a safe neighborhood . Close to many amenities. There was 7 of us on our trip and there was more than enough room in the house as well as around the pool. We was able to visit both sides of the ocean & Sea World. The only ( I have only 1 ) downfall is not having any control over the temps in the house. We struggled with sleeping the first couple of nights as we are used to it being cooler. I would recommend this property to anyone, and we will book again as well.

Problem after Problem with the owner in full control of the AC.

The house had a Nest AC control system and it would not go below 74°. We tried numerous times to contact the management company to tell them that we would like it turned down to between 70 - 72. Well the owner controlled it from elsewhere and had it set up on a schedule because after griping over and over they would turn it down but it would eventually go back to 74° and be hot again. It was very frustrating and not getting good sleep because it was always hot. This was an everyday thing and it made our whole trip very unpleasant. I would not recommend staying here unless you like it above 74° everyday. There was nothing in the description that mentioned this when we booked the place or we would have booked elsewhere. Also, it stayed hot upstairs because the upstairs Nest AC setting would not go below 76. This is where the computer, Pool table, Darts and Foosball table are. The windows are screwed shut so you couldn't open them at night to cool it down inside and the garage door was bolted shut so you could not unload and go in through the garage. The house was in a nice subdivision but I would not recommend due to the nature that you have someone else controlling your comfort. The pool is not heated unless you pay for it, we knew that, but didn't realize that included the SPA. It was not heated, so I guess you'd have to pay for that too, even though it's not stated in the description. There is a computer, but it's not hooked up to internet. There is a printer, but no ink.

Amazing vacation

We had a wonderful time staying here. Very close to all parks as we went to all 4 Disney parks and Universal as well. The place was very clean and felt like a home away from home for the week we were there. Pool and Spa were excellent! Only had 5 adults in our group but this place has plenty of room to accommodate much larger groups and seemed to be very child friendly. I would highly recommend, everything from booking to check in and checking out was extremely low hassle and convenient.

Happy Thanksgiving family gathering.

The house was wonderful, everything the website said. We really enjoyed our 7 day stay. Plenty room for everyone. We had dinner at the house for 20 people. My brother and his family lives in Florida 7 minutes away, they cooked the turkey and couple sides. This is the 3rd. House we rented in Lagacy Park, this was the best. Only down side was I didn't get the pool heated and no large bowls in the kitchen, but we made out. We're thinking again next year. Thanks R. Barnes.

The property is big enough for 2 families. It is well maintained with 5 bathrooms, a pool and a games room. The games room consist of a fosse ball table and a pool table with some board games. The Internet access is fast and it is well documented in the binder. My family were comfortable and had a great time relaxing by the pool. We definitely recommend this property to our friends and relatives. The place is about 20 minutes from Disney World and an hour and a half from Clearwater Beach. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall the property is a great place to stay.

Beautiful home on a quiet street near Disney World

The house is massive with 5 good-sized bedrooms and 5 full baths as well. As a group of 9, we decided to stay in this awesome home with plenty of space to spare! The kids played in the upstairs loft with a billiards table, dart board, and foosball table while the adults spread out on the main level around the breakfast bar. This home is beautiful with plenty of space to lounge and relax after a busy, fun-filled day in Florida. The house is perfectly located about 1.5 hrs. to Clearwater, 1.5 to Daytona/Cocoa Beach. We also went to Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom. Our longest trip was less than 25 minutes during the morning rush hour traffic to Disney World. It was very easy to the Ticket and Transportation Centre for our Magic Kingdom day. The home is spotless and its proximity to the Parks is a definite 5 stars. There are great restaurants, grocery stores, and fast food choices within a short drive from the house. Bahamas Breeze, Olive Garden, and Applebees were some of our favourites. We will stay here again!

Home away from home!

Very clean, spacious and private villa. The location was convenient as it was so close to all the amenities and parks but we enjoyed that the villa itself was in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a family vacation near the Orlando area. It truly feels like a home away from home and I will definitely be booking this place again next year!

Outstanding Place to stay in Florida

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this villa. It was very clean, spacious and good location overall. The property was very close to Disney World and convenient with all of the amenities such as groceries, shopping malls, banks, fast food and restaurants. We have booked the same villa again in May 2019 for another family trip.
