Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort

"Cabana Bay Resort exterior was always kept up well. Transportation to and from the resort to the parks were great. As for the interior our floor smelled like mold. Our room smelled the same. We had to ask housekeeping if they can spray our room as it smelled awful. We had to contact front desk as the tub wasn’t draining the tub when showering. Maybe, they need to remove the carpets and upgrade the rooms."

"I found the staff wasn’t very helpful except maybe a handful of people. The spring was beautiful and nice. Well kept clean, but I found the Safari waterpark was dirty and not nice. The rooms are outdated but manageable if they have the necessities you’re supposed to have in the room overall I think this resort is 3 1/2 star probably would never go there again. Also for future reference when you go to check-in, leave your suitcases in the car if not, you’ll only have to put them back into the car to drive to your parking area."
