It’s an amazing experience. We did a lot of poolside drinking during the day and hit the sunset walk for food and entertainment! Definitely a great place to relax!

Was assigned the wrong room upon check-in. Waited until approximately 2pm for room switch the next day. Received a $50 credit. Parking was far. A lot of bird feces in one of the pools (closest to the lobby). Decor, service, spa was amazing.

I had another guests threaten me and the resort did nothing. One threatened to crack my head on the floor. I had to call the police because resort security did nothing

Hello Carla,Apparently you had made derogatory comments about their two children and then proceeded to get into an argument with them in the lobby. They were evicted from the hotel already. We do not know what room number you are in to follow up with you as you did not give us your name or room number.

Clean, fun and bright atmosphere! Only there for 1 night. We wanted to shop but the gift shop closed at 8:00 pm. Way too early. Our room was great. Pool view, spacious and clean. Scatter rug between beds could be washed or replaced. Only dark roast coffee, decaf or tea offered in the room. If you don't like dark roast, you're out of luck. No drinking glasses in room, no microwave. Very small fridge. All the staff were accommodating and friendly! All in all, a wonderful resort. A bit expensive. I would like to return and stay a few nights.

It's a great property and I loved the cottage we stayed in. My pool time at the two huge pools was excellent! My one complaint is the cost of the drinks. I had the Margaritaville Pina Colada which was base price $17. A $3 service fee was added and a $3 gratuity. That's a $23 drink, which is excessive. The other drinks were priced the same. Plus the pina colada tasted terrible. I will stay here again, but won't be ordering any drinks.

My daughter and I stayed here recently. On our last day we were working on booking our next stay at this resort. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. It was fantastic in every aspect. Food and drinks delicious! Gym was perfect. Pool and grounds gorgeous! And such a close walk to Sunset Walk. Fabulous time!

Hello Roland. I am sorry that you could not feel the Air conditioning in the public spaces. We could always turn them down. I know this weekend there was a lot of high traffic in and out the main doors. We also have 17 restaurants on the compound as well.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at the margaritaville cottages. It was peaceful and was convenient having a kitchen and tons of living space to relax. Target was close by which made it easy to buy groceries :). Overall the cottage was clean and have no complaints in regards to cleanliness. My only complaint was little knats that got inside, maybe from outside etc. However, we enjoyed our stay and we will come back again :) 10/10
