Our split 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse located in the beautiful Windsor Hills gated Community in Kissimmee is perfect for traveling with family or friends. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need, including a kitchen, small private lanai and pool, free high speed WiFi, cable TV and an abundance of amenities! Pool is heated (under request and $30 a night - it has to be for the entire stay.) 10% off for US active military or retirees with ID.

Our guests receive complimentary access to ALL Windsor Hills Resort amenities: 140,000 gallon heated resort pool area and WATERPARK, pool bar & grille, fitness center, sports courts, playgrounds and more! Windsor Hills is often noted as "the best kept secret for doing Disney" ...and we think you will agree! It is close to all the parks and attractions, shopping, dining and entertainment.

Perfect place

Making Memories Resort was the perfect place for our family of 5. We stayed here for our Disney trip. The townhouse had everything we needed. It was a very hot week so to come back after being at the parks all day and go right into our own pool was amazing! Alexis was wonderful to work with and responded immediately if we needed her. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Perfect Disney home away from home

The property was clean and exactly as advertised. The condo was fully stocked with everything you could need for a family vacation and super close to the Windsor Hills club house. Hosts were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Would 100% stay here again!

Great stay

We stayed at Making Memories - Windsor Hills for 17 nights. The property was exactly as shown on pictures. We enjoyed it a lot, the kids (and us!) love the plunge pool to relax on rest days or when we came back in the afternoon to cool down from a very hot day at Disney. The longest it took to get to Disney was about 15m, which was for Magic Kingdom, which is the farthest park. Everything you may need to cook and eat is available. Beds were all comfortable, and there are additionnal blankets if you need them. It was a perfect rental for our family of 4, and would accomodate more people than that. We also took advantage of the big resort pool, which we loved. If we come back to Florida we will be sure to try and stay again at Making Memories. Alexis was a very nice host, she responded quickly and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay, thank you!

Great amenities at making memories property

We stayed at the property for the days and it served my family of four perfectly. Everyone had their own space and bathroom and we were welcomed with a Christmas tree to continue the holiday spirit. We had an initial issue with the air conditioner but Alexis responded quickly to that situation. Lots of extras in the home that was provided for us, including a waffle breakfast amenity kit. Very thoughtful. Location is so close to everything. Would highly recommend.

Great house

We found the house to be very clean. We appreciated the well supplied kitchen (there were even glass "tupperware" containers) and the layout of the house was efficient. The keurig coffee maker with the supplied pods was a nice touch as were the handsoaps in each of the bathrooms. Only about a 2 minute walk to the Clubhouse which was fantastic. Clubhouse pool is heated and we got a lot of use out of it. We also loved the volleyball court which was about a 10 minute walk away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!
