House Rules:

No parties, family gatherings, or events are allowed. Only the guests registered on the booking are allowed in the home.
No smoking anywhere on the property, including the pool deck.
Guests must provide a copy of a driver's license/government ID after booking. The booking person (25+) must be present throughout the stay.
Confirmation of the names and ages of all adults staying is required.

Safety equipment, including smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits, are located on each floor.
The home is equipped with a security system, and the community has 24/7 security personnel.
