Great neighborhood, 90s kid dream home

Great customer service. Very prompt on phone when we had a small issue getting in.House is wonderful overall. Pool table needs some love, rec room was a lot of fun however.

Great House! Great Vacation!

Extended family and I stayed here a week over spring break. We had plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably. We spent most of our time using the pool and hot tub and really enjoyed that space. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay at this property again. Would recommend!!!

Family vacation

This was perfect for our family. We brought our adult children and their families along with our teenagers. This house gave the perfect sleeping set up along with each family having their own bathrooms so we were never waiting on someone else to get ready. It was an easy drive to the Disney parks and located near plenty of shopping/gas stations/restaurants so everything you need was close by. The only problem we had was getting the TV to work and they came to the house very quickly to take care of it. Wonderful trip, wonderful stay.

Beautiful home in great location

Loved our stay. Pictures don't do this home justice. Plenty of room for everyone. Lots of little touches harm are this place feel like home. Kids loved the pool and game room. Beds were so comfortable.

Nice spacious home close to Orlando

My family and I stayed here for a week during spring break. There is plenty of room for large families. The pool was nice as well. Very reasonably priced. Close to anything you need in terms of food/shopping. The owner was always receptive to my emails and assisted where needed. Highly recommend for a large gathering, so 10 people or so. Only drawback would be the floor had a sticky feel to it upon our arrival, like it needed mopping. Otherwise, no complaints.

Overall the stay was more than great .... My family and I had a great experience staying at the house the beds are very cozy & comfortable if we was not being charge for taking anything we would of taken the beds .... Lol just joking anyhow my only criticism is that the pool water was icy cold. But as stated overall Property was very well-kept, clean with accurate features will be booking again

Perfect Location and Excellent Host!

Overall the property was perfect for our family and friends. Plenty of room and had everything we needed. The biggest perk that other properties in the past did not have was the extended driveway that can fit at least 6 cars! Parking can be difficult in Orlando and this is the first property we stayed at that had enough room for our 3 cars. The parks were a 20-30 minute drive - which was perfect to determine what our plans for each day was. The host and his property management team helped us when we had to make a last minute change due to a family emergency. We look forward to coming back on our next trip up to Orlando! My stepson has pretty bad allergies and I was nervous booking this house reading others reviews but he had no reaction and we were there 4 nights.

Lots of room

This property def had lots of room. The add was a bit misleading as I was expecting a fenced in yard as listed and when we arrived there was no fence. A tad bit difficult with the dog. House was clean enough but a few things were broken. Missing TV in a bedroom, TV in living room was missing a remote so you couldn’t change the volume, and a few small broken things like closet doors. Washer and dryer were excellent! Heated pool was great and got much use. Roughly 20-30 minutes to anything that you want to do in Orlando! Easy to get to stores, and a really nice neighborhood. It worked great for our large family. I chose this property over others based upon the fenced yard, so that was a bit disheartening for me.

Message before booking

Booked the property for a stay, which sort of checked all the boxes. I was shortly after contacted by the property manager or owner to request additional funds for usage of the heated pool, and other miscellaneous costs. I did not care to continue to shop for a new location, so I begrudgingly agreed to these costs, but they were not outlined pre-booking. Upon arrival, the space was clean, but bare from a necessities standpoint for a hosted/VRBO experience. There were no tissues or paper towels (there was toilet paper, however), no dish soaps, one garbage bag, no shampoo/soap, and a litany of rules to be adhered to while staying. At this point, I suppose we were just happy there were towels and linens. One example was that the thermostat was locked and not "authorized" to be set any lower than 72 degrees. In the hot Florida heat, this was a problem, especially since the unit seemed to not even function properly. The property manager did respond and have someone over to fix it, only that they completely removed the air filter - not replace the filter mind you - which did not bother us since it was such a short 3-4 day stay, but concerning nonetheless. Aside from having to pay extra to utilize the heated pool and hot tub, the heat was automatically set (and locked) to turn off at night, which meant no late night spa for us either. Had we known these details on the get-go, we would have definitely gone elsewhere. Cannot really recommend this place. More to say, out of room.

Not worth the money

All communication with the owner Lee, was great right up to arrival. We arrived at the property and could not get the door code to work. Dee, the property manager was called and she had us enter it a few times and fiddle with the lock (there is a certain way you have to turn it.) The property needs some serious TLC. Upon arrival one of the dining room chairs was wobbly unsafe found leg was broken..The pool table was unlevel so it was sitting up on pieces of tile, there were several loose door knobs, the carpets were in desperate need of shampooing (master suite 1st floor and stairs carpet was disgusting). Peeling paint from things taped on walls, stains on mattress cover,, ceiling fans with thick dust accumulation, water stains in ceiling from upstairs bathroom shower which leaks into master suite downstairs when someone showers (with liner inside the tub) water began dripping on person sleeping in the master suite. You can tell the ceiling was patched and the patch not holding., this is were the dripping water was coming through, Dryer wasn’t drying towels, property manager sent someone to replace the belt so we could dry the towels, torn screens on the lanai. Hot tub either had dirt sediment or rust in the bottom, property needs to be exterminated. Final straw internet went out on Thanksgiving day we called the internet company who would only speak with the account holder, but assured us there was no outage in the area, so it was isolated to that property, we notified Dee, who said she would try to get through. Needless to say we spent the rest of the vacation with no internet, which meant no TV and children and adults unable to use their electronic devices and 2 people needed to sign in for work and had to go to locations which had free Wi-Fi. We do this family trip every year and we spend money to stay in nice accommodations, but this year was not a pleasant vacation. I emailed the owner once we returned home with my concerns and now he is unresponsive. Not surprised. Do not spend your money on this one.

Poor property management and poor communication

There are screens missing poor lighting in every room. The bedrooms only operate off lamps and the wall switches do not work. Holes in the screen around the pool area. The pool wasn't clean when we got there. The bathroom wasn't clean. Soap build up and mold in the shower. Toilet bowl not clean. We drove over 9 hours and got there before the cleaning person left. I still had to clean the bathroom before qe could sit down from the trip or take a bath. The property manager isn't good with communication so good luck with her. Cigarette butts all over the ground. The grill was never picked up from the last family that stayed so I am pretty sure it belong to them and they are charging people like it is an outside service providing it like the host told me. Water leak stains are on multiple spots of the ceilings. It is a beautiful home but not worth the pay when they are not going to clean it good and when the host is going to ignore me when i have a problem and when the property manager says that my problems are not problems and lies about what she says when you question it. I don't know how to upload from my digital camera but I wish I could because the host and property manager refused to take a look at them. Sorry for misspelled words. I am at work.

The home was hot not fully equipped like listed had to have someone come out for the pool wasn’t running right paid 85 to have a grill and they brought a cheap grill with propane tank half full it is a 6 bedroom 4 bath house and not even enough towels for bathing and the pool the home was not very clean But Dee was very responsive with any issues that we had the beds were comfortable the area was nice but I would not stay here again the experience wasn’t very pleasant

Disappointed in property upkeep

Although this was an overall clean home there were cockroaches seen in 2 bathrooms, the pool with scum around it so we didn’t feel comfortable using it, pots were old, limited tissue for bathrooms, patio furniture very stained, refrigerator door handle broken, air conditioning limited in game room, no dish liquid, and most tvs did not work. Will not be booking again!

DO NOT STAY!!!!! Please read

This home is not worth the money and the online description of “Luxury” is completely inaccurate!!!! We looked at the reviews prior to booking saying there were updates in the last several years but we did not see any evidence those updates. The home is not clean, there was mold in several bathrooms, the pool area and the AC vent. Very dirty and dusty overall and there were ants in several rooms of the house as well. There were no pool towels, no dish soap or cleaning supplies to wipe down the kitchen, and only one extra garbage bag-for a house that can hold 16 guest this isn’t nearly enough. The Hot Tub does not get hotter than the pool so it’s more like a spa and not a hot tub. We contacted the manager Dee about the issues and she said they get a lot of complaints about the hot tub not being hot but really could not do anything about it. She did has pest control come out two days later to spray. Overall it is not an accurate VRBO listing and would not recommend to anyone.

mold in one shower, property was not ready for us, breaker was turned off and no air conditioning upon arrival, refrigerator was open/hot and handle was broken, pool heat (we paid for) was not turned on, torn pool screens, nothing was ready for us, property manager said there was a mix-up and she wasn't notified we were arriving; NO INTERNET; property manager worked with us but nothing helped; by Thursday tech came out and advised router needed replacing; so we had internet for only one day; just one more issue that should have been fixed before we got there; game room was hot and smelled bad; tiny ants everywhere including in one bed and on toilet seats/in bathtub; washer was so off-blanace it was hard to do clothes; with all these problems we never asked for compensation and none was offered; owner and property manager were nice; property was ok for half the price we paid; first time with vrbo, probably won't use again due to this stay

Family Vacation with dog

Overall we loved this house. Inside was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The property manager was helpful when I called her. Nice spacious layout for everyone to get some space. Game room was nice. The furniture was lovely and comfortable. The only main issues we saw could have been from the previous tenants which is not the owners fault at all. We were told they did not leave on time. And it was all outside, not to do with the house. Half of the sun loungers were broken. There was busted water balloons all around the pool and some in the driveway. Multiple used “bunch O balloon” sticks around the outdoor faucet. The mesh around the pool had multiple holes. I found most, but unfortunately my dog did find one I missed and got out. So anyone traveling with pets or young children, beware that the patio is not fully secure. I did find it odd that they asked us to wash the towels and put the bedding on before we leave to help the house keepers, but they did not provide any laundry detergent. There was also no dish or dishwasher soap. The only thing provide was one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and a small mini hotel soap in the bathrooms. So be prepared. Personally I feel that if they want us to wash the towels and bedding they should provide at minimum 2 laundry pods. If we were to go that way for vacation again we would not be against using this location again, but we would be more prepared.

Family vacation

Our stay was top notch. The property was as described. Very clean. Everyone in our family had a comfortable spot to sleep and plenty of room to play. If you have little children, beware that there is no gate to block off the pool, however the locked patio door is helpful. We stayed at the end of March and did not require pool heat. We were extremely happy with our stay!
