* No parties or loud activities are permitted. Violations may result
in extra cleaning charges, community patrol intervention, and
immediate eviction.
* Pets are allowed with a maximum of two pets and a pet deposit.

Use of Amenities

* Pool towels are provided; please take care of them and leave them
in the home.
* The BBQ grill must be requested in advance and will incur a setup
and cleaning fee.
* The pool is cleaned weekly, and the BBQ propane is checked
regularly even during guest stays. Guests can request notification
of inspection visits.

Parking

* Vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas only. Note that
there is a 300ft walk from the parking spaces to the front door.

Waste Management

* Valet trash pick-up starts after 11 AM daily. Waste must be bagged
and tied, with no loose items. Needles and sharp objects are
prohibited.
* Cardboard boxes must be broken down before disposal.

Shipping Policy

* All deliveries must be made directly to the property address. The
resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of
guests.
