late or missed check-in.

* Stays of 4 nights or fewer require an additional damage deposit.

Parking is available on the driveway only; if the home does not
have a driveway, it will have a single allocated parking space.

* Motorcycles and golf carts are not allowed unless they are street
legal and registered like other motor vehicles. They must be parked
in the garage (not permitted if the garage has been converted into
a games room).
* Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules are subject to
immediate towing.
* Electric cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home.
Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine per charge plus
electricity costs.
* Guests must leave the property in the same state of cleanliness and
general order as found.
