4-bedroom villa accommodates up to 8 guests. Step inside to discover
the spacious open-plan living and dining area and a fully-equipped
kitchen featuring a charming breakfast bar and ample seating.
Entertainment options abound with a dedicated games room offering hours
of fun. Outdoors, indulge in relaxation and recreation with a private
pool complemented by a soothing hot tub and sunloungers for basking in
the Florida sun. This home is situated in the Emerald Island Resort, a
prestigious gated community, just minutes from the main gate at Disney
World. Set in over 300 acres of land, this resort offers a fantastic
Clubhouse and Tiki bar, a communal pool with a spa and beautiful nature
trails. Guests seeking a more active holiday will benefit from access
to the communal gym, multiple sports courts and three different
children's play areas.

Please be aware that a non-refundable Resort Access Fee is charged at
$20/vehicle (plus tax) upon arrival at this resort. A minimum charge of
one vehicle applies, and a maximum of five total vehicles are
permitted.
