I was asked to do a review right at check in before even staying there and decided to wait. So glad I did because once we checked into our room I quickly noticed it was probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The room smelled like perfume and cigarettes. The tub was dirty and the room was outdated. Outside was surrounded by homeless people and it was a really shady area we felt unsafe. Will not be staying here again and don’t recommend it.

Lady at front desk had an attitude the moment we walked in. We paid for five people, the fifth person was intending on sleeping on the sofa bed. They had no spare blanket or pillows for sofa bed. Staff did not care and was not trying to be flexible in helping us get some. What funny is that they didn’t have extra to give us but tried to sell us a pillow for 10$. Room had stains and holes all over the place!

Room did not look like pictures. Fridge handle dirty. Cupboards we dirty and the bottoms covered in dirty paper. No house keeping for entire visit, no dishes in kitchen to use, had to take dirty towels down to front desk and then had to ask twice for extra towels. Went to front desk to get toilet paper only three rolls for entire hotel. No pots and pans. Bottom of tub paint peeling. Had to clean room before using. Front desk staff were lovely but surprised me that the evening front desk clerk was responsible for washing towels. One tv did not work and the other one remote did not work. Beds were old but looked clean and quite comfortable. This hotel needs to be more straight forward about services. Seem to be a lot of locals living there. Had to empty garbage and often communal garbage always full

Trust all the cockroaches reviews. We were supposed to stay here for 4 nights but left immediately the next morning. We opened the fridge to place our water and roaches started running out, saw a few babies too. Comforters were dirty, tub was dirty, sink was cracked, had a hole and was dirty. Carpet was dark, felt and looked dirty. The whole interior had holes all over. Dirty window. Hallway smelled terrible and was leaking into our room so we had to use a towel to block the bottom. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Don’t know how this place is still allowed to operate and be in business. I get the “this is Florida, it’s hot etc” but as an operating business who serves people on a daily, you should at least spend the money to fix your building.

The staff was amazing, very friendly and professional. But in the hallways smelled of marijuana. It was very present. As for the room the floor was dirty and the bathroom was outdated. It’s good for a short stay. For the price it was fine.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The pot smoke smell that seemed to be everywhere, including our room, made for a much less pleasant experience. The lack of coffee, tea, hot cocoa and juice in the “grab and go breakfast “ area and the drinks vending machine being out of order didn’t help our disposition any. But it was a comfortable bed and a hot shower. Average review.

Do not stay here. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere safe and clean. Our first room had a broken ac, pull out couch, and clogged toilet. We had kids with us so we needed the pull out couch in working order. Our next room had a broken toilet and broken bathroom door and wouldn’t close. Not to mention the whole place is filthy and smells of animal urine. The grounds are filled with trash and shady people smoking weed outside. I’m really easy to please but this place was below average. Stay somewhere else.

Arrived at Room 202 to a huge stain on the carpet, window wide open with busted out screen. Sleeper sofa was not put away, water was leaking from bathtub faucet, shelving in closet was busted up and toilet looked like it had been recently used. Front desk staff was very nice and I felt bad that they had to deal with such a terrible property. Thankfully our money was refunded and we were able to find another place to stay.

I booked a queen size bedroom with a kitchen. As soon as I walked in it reeked of cigarettes. There was no pots pans plates nothing at all as the hotel information stated. The phone wasn't working. There was hazardous wires all around the room. I will never book there again.

This property should not even be listed on Expedia or any Travel site. There is a laundry list of things that made this stay a 0 star.. The hallway was dirty, paint coming off the walls, the sink and tub faucets were leaking, the bathtub needs to be replaced as it was redone with paint and it is chipping away. The floor was visbily dirty with actual dirt and shoe marks, the room smelled horrible, the pull out couch bed was heavily soiled and reaked. There were missing drawers. A roach made its appearance i guess to greet us hello on our visit.I HAVE PICTURES hopefully it will allow me to upload them. The front desk agent was visibly annoyed that i asked for a new room after the bed collopsed when i sat on it in my 1st room and then says yea the foot isnt stable on it as though she knew the problem and still placed me in that room. The second room exact same, execpt the bed did not collapse. I would greatly appreciate a refund, no free nights are warranted, i would not recommend the brand based on this experience. Please dont book this hotel.

The pictures on the website were very deceiving. The first room I was given, the second bed was off the frame and in the other bed. The frame was broken and on the ground. The second room was dirty and had a very bad odor. After spending three nights there, I never really felt clean, even after showering.

There is trash in every corner. There is damage and mold and bugs in every room. There was blood in the door frame of the bathroom in my room. The cook top was rusted and flaking, the microwave was disgusting and rusted through. The bathroom was filthy and unable to be used. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall.

When I entered the hotel to go to my room I noticed the area around the elevator was filled with trash. This wasn't due to the guy who was responsible for cleaning because anytime I saw him (2-3 times a day) he was emptying trash. When I opened the door to my room (210) it smelled of urine. The carpet was stained with what looked like urine stains. One of the hand towels had, what I hope was beard trimmings on it. You could tell it was an older hotel. Other than that, the bed was clean and comfortable. Maybe clean the carpet once a month or so and it would be acceptable.

I don't know where to begin they had roaches the furniture had water damage and the mattress looked like someone committed multiple bowel movements on it it was not only unclean but filthy won't recommend!

The room was clean however the cabinets are never cleaned because there's dead roaches in them. The toilet got clogged the first time it was used and we had to go down to the front desk for a plunger because the room phone doesn't work to communicate to the lobby. We didn't have sheets for the pull out couch so that was another trip to the lobby. The beds were clean and comfortable thankfully.

Would not recommend to an enemy. Terribly dirty place. Stains throughout the room. Chipped paint and bugs in the washroom. Cockroaches found in the room. Couldn’t get out fast enough. Wish we had not stayed here before flying home from Orlando. Stay away.

The property was in terrible shape. The rooms were dirty and the furniture was damaged in both rooms we experienced. Strange moldy smell gave my wife headaches. We had to cut our trip short one night. Great potential, but the upkeep was terrible.
