It Doesn't Get Much Better Than This!

Here at Orista Endless Summer Villa our beautiful 2300 sq. ft., 4-bedroom 4-bath handicap accessible holiday retreat in the Calabay Park Community. Central Air Conditioning and free WIFI in the entire villa. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. There is also an inside Washer and dryer so you can pack light, there's no need to return home with dirty clothes. Laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and additional trash bags to be provided by guest. We supply the first roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a few laundry pods, dryer sheets, and dishwasher pods, to get you started.

Four Large Bedrooms

Starting with the large master bedroom downstairs, with a king-sized bed. Plenty of storage for your clothes with huge walk-in closet and dresser. Ceiling fan and huge master bath including a large soaker tub and separate handicap accessible barrier-free roll in shower.

Also, downstairs are two additional themed kids bedrooms, one is themed with MINIONS! And the other themed room is TOY STORY! Each with two twin sized beds, ceiling fans and both with private full bathrooms.

Upstairs is your large private bedroom getaway with king sized bed and full-sized private bathroom.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need including pots, pans, baking sheets, hand mixer, peeler, and much, much more for that quick easy meal all the way to feeding the crew after a long day at the parks.

Living room has a large 55" screen smart TV. We provide YouTube TV, Disney+ subscription on the living room TV. You can also choose to watch something in our huge selections of DVDs provided.

Amazing Game Room

Get ready for fun in our fantastic game room. The garage has been converted into the Game Room with board games, slate top pool table, Popashot dual basketball, and tabletop arcade that has 1164 classic video games.

Children's Accessories

We have a highchair for use as well as a pack n play portable play pen(cot), stair gate is also available. Outlet covers on electrical outlets, safety latches under the kitchen sink, nightlights.

Private Pool Oasis

Ready to spend some time in the pool? maybe the Spa? With the tropical garden behind the pool, it offers you total privacy and is breathtaking oasis, especially at night. With the completely screened in pool/spa facing south you'll get plenty of bug free sunshine all day long. Enjoy some time out of the sun sipping cool beverages at the patio table under the spacious covered lanai area with ceiling fan.

For child safety, there is an alarm on the patio doors leading to the pool deck that will sound if the bypass button is not pressed before opening door.
