Maximum temperature: 90°F

Heat exchange system does not operate below 50°F

No refunds if desired temperature cannot be reached due to weather

Grill Use Policy

Some homes may be pictured with a BBQ grill. If available:

Guests must clean the grill after use

Guests are responsible for refilling propane if needed

$50 cleaning fee applies if grill is left unclean

If a grill is locked, it is not available for guest use (owner’s personal grill).
Grill rentals can be arranged upon request.
