Great house in a great location
The house was perfect for me and my daughter. The house was immaculate and the screened in pool was perfect! The location was great for Disney but also great for our non Disney days. Lots of restaurants in the area and close to highways. Great vacation house

Great Escape
Perfect little pool home for escaping the winter blues! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint little pool home nestled in a safe and private neighborhood close to all of our favorite places yo visit in Disney. Excellent hospitality and communication from owner. Highly recommended.

Florida vacation
Location was great for Disney, Wild Florida and other attractions. House was clean. Sliding doors to pool didn't work and outside pool area could have been cleaner. I'd give it a 4 star rating.

Beautiful Home
The home and neighborhood were beautiful. I also loved the kid friendly plates, silverware, cups, etc. Having use of the garage door opener was super nice as well so we could pull the rental car in at night. We always try to leave things as good as when we arrived, and this was made super easy for us to do with having some very basic cleaning supplies available in the house (vacuum, broom/dustpan, disinfectant wipes). We loved the area and the feeling of being close to Orlando attractions without being in the center of the "craze". Thanks for the great stay!

Very clean & modern home, furnishings are in good condition, beds are comfortable. Restaurants and shopping are nearby, pool was clean. Host is very helpful yet unobtrusive. We plan to return next year!

It was a nice place to come back to after a day at Disney World. However, the home needs some updating to give it that home feeling. Pool was very nice, all the outdoor chairs/cushions were old.

Excellent experience!
Property was very nice overall, with only minor issues. It was little things like light bulbs in the garage being out that made getting in and out during the night a challenge. Our host was very prompt and helpful with the check in and out process. Highly recommended fir a clean and comfortable stay that's 30 min from the Disney and Universal parks.

Muneera’s house is very clean. They provided the amenities as indicated online. Close to Disney World Parks. The pool provided a good cool down after a full day in the parks. We definitely had an excellent stay and will definitely book again here.

This was our first time renting and what a wonderful exciting was. The house was beautiful! Nice and clean! Muneera made everything super say. The house was so close to Disney it was so easy to go back and forth. Highly recommend this rental!

Exceptional service from our host….
I had an issue and Muneera solved it within 2 hours….she was proactive with every question I asked her…, the house was very clean and the pool was exceptional….the club house employees were very friendly and helpful…,,,if I were to visit this area again, I would happily rent this house……

Great vacation stay
Response time with home owner was exceptional my first time booking a VRBO and everything was as stated. Our only disappointment was the Direct TV, not much to watch but we understand that you cannot meet everyone's expectations. Overall a great experience.

Lovely place for family vacationing
We had a wonderfull time on our vacation. The house was at a good location, very clean and well managed and kept. The landlady answered quickly to my messages. We had a couple technical issues/questions, but they were fixed the very next day. Short distance to Disney Parks, but away enough to beat the heavy Disney-trafic. If ever in Orlando/Kissimmee/Clermont again, this is my place to stay.

Perfect location
House was perfect for us. Far enough away from Disney to not have to deal with constant traffic and crowds, but close enough to get there in about 20 mins., and plenty of stores and restaurants very nearby. House is clean and spacious and pool was wonderful. Communication with owner was easy and very timely. Gated community and alarm system made us feel very safe at all times. Would stay here again if we were in the area.

Excellent!!!
Every summer we rent a home for our summer vacation and this property rental experience has been the best. The property manager was excellent, she responded with any questions quickly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The house was exactly as described and included extra touches like cold drinks for when we arrived which made us feel very welcomed. I will definitely recommend this property and the property manager to my friends and family.

This property was very nice and clean. The property manager was amazing and responded to all of our questions very fast. It is also close to all sorts of stores so if you forget something it’s not a hassle to stop and get it. It was also close to Disney Springs and all theme parks. It’s also in a very quiet gated community. When we visit again we will be booking this home if it is available.

Wonderful Vacation Home
8 of us stayed here for 4 days over the New Year and it was wonderful. Well kept, plenty of things to use in the kitchen, the pool was the highlight for our family especially having come from cold NY, plenty of towels, blankets, house was well-stocked. All we bought was food to cook for the 4 days. It is VERY close to Disney parks, maybe 10 minutes or so. Next time we visit Disney we will book this house if it's available. There is also a community clubhouse and pool. We didn't use them but they seem very nice. This house is very close to MANY stores and restaurants (Walmart, Publix, Chick Fil A, Bahama Breeze etc.). Quiet, safe+gated neighborhood.

Highly recommended. The villa is super clean, light and airy.,The villa is comfortably furnished and the kitchen is extensively equipped with all you need. Swimming pool is also well maintained. Situated in a quiet, tidy gated community approx 1/2 an hour from the main theme parks and around 1 1/2 hours from the coast. Plenty of places to eat around and a large Walmart around half a mile away. Pre arrival instructions very clear and Muneera was lovely to deal with, very quick to respond and very helpful when contacted and also super quick refunding our rental deposit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wow, what a lovely villa!
We thought the villa was ideally situated, about 10 minutes from Disney. Had everything we could wish for in a lovely gated community. Nice to have a deep end in the pool, and enjoyed the barbeque. Any question we had was answered very quickly. Couldn't have asked for anything more, we had a great time, better than we could have ever imagined.

Tidy property in secure area in good condition. Enough pots and pans etc to get by, and pool a good size for a cool down. House nice and cool with the aircon. Staff in clubhouse very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Pool and hot tub at the clubhouse good, as were the games for children. Irish bar outside the main gates also very good

Beautiful property with a nice safe neighborhood.
My family had a wonderful time here. It was clean and beautiful and the property owner was very accessible for questions and even left us a variety of drinks when we arrived. The pool was amazing, clean, and warm and there were flotation devices and toys. It had all the comforts of home with a luxury vacation feel. We would definetely come back here on our next trip to Florida!

We loved this house!
My family of 3 stayed at this beautiful home in Clermont. The house was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive to questions and left us bottled water and soda in the refrigerator. She also provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms. All of the extra touches made it feel very special. Overall, this is the best house we have ever rented in the Orlando area. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Muneeras home. It was comfortable for our family of 4 (children 6 and 10) and we spent every evening in the pool. My son is 10 and he agrees completely with the rating. Muneera was considerate with an adjustment to our schedule due to the hurricane. This was a great value for the money we paid.

Everything was wonderful! The pool sparkled it was so clean! The house was beautiful, no issues at all! Highly recommend this home! The owner was great, she had drinks in the fridge for us and we did have to make a call she answered and answered our question! 5 stars for this owner and her home.
