The pool was enjoyable.
We found a roach in the kitchen and we caught it in a cup and notified the property management. We also let them know there were small ants all over the kitchen as well and some in the bedrooms. They said they would send a company out to spray.

Very poor communication with host. We did not receive check in information until day of check in. Pool was not heating and the host did not respond for over 24 hrs to either myself, agent or complaint resolutions specialist. We’re never given info regarding no street parking. Property info received from VRBO and host differed re: supplies on property. Door lock was inconsistent and needs to be repaired. Phone number to contact property manager left on refrigerator was a suspended number and calls would not go through. I will never work with Vacstionhomes4u again
