So I will say this hotel was one of the cleanest I have ever experienced. It even SMELLED clean, without a chemical component. Parking was a dream. Fun stuff al over the place! Pool was cold, but nice and open 24 hours!! Bar had good options. Hot tub had frogs boiling in the clean out!!! BARF. I sat in literal frog soup before I realized what the smell was!! Rooms were spacious and neat and again, very clean. Crisp sheets, fresh smell. AC was a bit weak but it is Florida.. The beds were VERY hard and not the least bit comfortable. There were many pillows which was nice. The outlet/USB for charging did not work which was very inconvenient but I should have brought my own block, that was on me. Breakfast was IMPRESSIVE. Fresh made waffles. Bagels, yogurt, muffins, juice, milk, eggs (not good), coffee, tea, fruit, ham. Plus all the condiments There are menus everywhere, including on the TV that advertise this HUGE variety of options that the hotel is supposed to sell. But when you call to place your order, they tell you they are only serving PIZZA!! Do you know what a pain that is when you just spent 20 minutes creating an order with your children, one of them special needs, only to be told that they don't serve what they advertise?!? WHY? TAKE IT DOWN already. The front desk people were AWFUL. So RUDE. After they made you wait for 5 minutes while they hid in the back room (they could hear and probably see you) they were short, unknowledgeable and S..L...O...W..
