Load the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Take the trash to the disposal bin outside the property.Strip the beds of all linens and sheets.You can just leave them on the floor Leave all used towels on the bathroom floor.

Move all furniture to where they were at the beginning of your stay. Switch off all lights except for the front porch light

Check that the refrigerator and freezer have been cleared of all foods Please let us know via call or email if anything has been damaged that we need to take care of it

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
