Everythg was great cheak in was quick and service qas great room very clean and well stocked with towells and tissue and air was veey great .ill be back again and will recommend to others on are baseball team

Bed bugs, roaches, a staff that didn't understand their system. It took 45 mins to check in and they charged me an extra $30 as it was before 3pm. Nice pool but screaming kids and barking dogs all damned night. No clocks. No wakeup calls. I needed to be up at 4am to make a flight. I'm pissed of, but no refunds was posted everywhere. Pay a little more and find a better place.

The motel had a pond out back with sitting areas near it which was pretty but the little dock they had out to the water was closed

The person at the service desk was nice, the room was clean and bed was comfortable, however the tap for shower was very loose and moved into the wall. was hard adjust between hot and cold and the tub creaked when standing in it. The area was kind of scary, there was a person in lobby at check in & was intoxicated and as we went to the back side to our room there were some questionable characters hanging around and you can smell pot everywhere. Lots of laughter overnight in the hall under the stairs. We had to leave at 4am for the airport and there was a man and women having some personal time in the parking lot. needless to say we got out as quickly as possible.

The room was dirty with stains on chairs and sheets, and had dank smell. There were other guests outside of their rooms making noise very late in the night. Overall, we did not feel safe at this property.

Hotel room was not bad, it’s just there are way to many roaches. most were small, there was one that looked like a beetle it was super scary. they were mainly in the bathroom area.

Slight odor to the room but not noticeable after a few minutes. Room looked to be freshly painted and updated. Older motel but effort has been made to keep it clean. Would stay again since it’s close to the airport.

Upon Entering the room we were greeted by roaches on floor and walls. We checked out. The Front desk was unable to provide refund due to Expedia booking. Spoke to Expedia I was told it was at the discretion of the Hotel. I spoke to the Manager he suggested that in future I should book a 5 star hotel not stay in cheap hotels and he would not refund me he then hung up the phone. Interesting since the proximity to the Airport was my reason for the choice.

My wife and I have stayed here numerous times. I am not sure if new owners took over but rooms were always clean with no issues. There is a dock out to the lake were you could go out and see wildlife. It is now closed. There was a lot of roaches in our room and some sort of bug that bit my wife on Christmas. I reported this on checkout and the clerk said I'll report it. Not sorry or any concern. I have photos and wish I could post them.

Front desk lady was nice and friendly. Wanted a hotel close to airport for an early flight, but unfortunately there is a bad roach issue, sink and shower had black mold. We checked out 4 hours early and hung out at airport. Disappointed not alot of choices close to airport.
