Found bugs crawling around in the first room we got on 05/09/24. The second room they gave us after the bug incident didn’t have bugs but had condition incidents. The bathroom door didn’t shut and rust colored something all over the shower curtain and hair on door and door frame. This is not the hotel I came to 6 months ago. What happened?

It was mine and my 9 year old son’s first stay here and we most likely will come back again some time. The room was big and clean. The shower has great pressure and stayed hot forever. The hours for the bigger pool with jacuzzi were awesome; 6AM til 11PM. That jacuzzi was super useful after walking around Universal Studios for many hours! We did purchase the breakfast buffet one morning and it was good, a lot of choices and not too pricey. The Oasis had some really good food as well. Every staff member we encountered was very kind. The lifeguards at the lazy river slide could tell my son was special needs and let him have some extra time with the slide for himself since at first a lot of kids were rushing past him and not letting him get a turn. We really appreciate that. Thank you!

Nice and clean. Only complaint was when checking out they had 2 reps on the floor but only one was helping customers. I just wanted my receipt but had to wait 10-15 minutes for rep 1 to be done with her customer first before helping me while rep 2 was just on the computer and walking back and forth.

We asked for more towels, front desk said they will bring them to our room, we came home at night and no additional towels were there. Breakfast buffet was 14.99, expensive for a small buffet. The hotel looks old and run down but it’s clean in the room, in the common areas. Shuttle service was confusing. I called prior to checking in, asking how shuttle service to Disney works and was told to just check in and it will become self explanatory. Agent was rude and unhelpful. Shuttle service was unhelpful, the pickup time was 8:40pm, prior to the Happily Ever After fireworks show which is an important experience to have at Disney.

First and foremost it was spacious! We got the 2 double beds and it was the hotel with the most space we’ve had in a while when traveling with two kids. The hotel has a lazy river and a pool which was nice it wasn’t a grand thing but did it for my kids. The breakfast was only given for 2 even though we had 4 people so we decided to eat out than to pay 11.99 per child. Overall it was an okay hotel. The resort fees have to be paid at the hotel (Expedia won’t charge you for that). Would probably stay again but wouldn’t do the breakfast there since I would have to pay for my kids.

The pool area and rooms were very clean. We enjoyed the lazy river! The staff was friendly. Walking distance to 7 eleven, ihop, Perkins, & Walgreens. The Mexican restaurant on site is only open for breakfast, just wish it was open for lunch & dinner. But you can order food from the pool bar. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back in the future.

the room had a bad smell, our showe did not have light. I call the lobby several time and nobody answer the phone. the pool was not heated like they adversite. It was a reall disapointment for my Honeymoon. I call previously about doing something special in the room and nothing happen. I just hope they return back the deposit the charged me.

The hotel itself and pool/lazy river and hot tub were nice, got a little loud and busy a couple of nights, but overall was nice. The only thing i really didn't care for was easy access to get in and out of, location was very high traffic. Always had to drive up a block or 2 to make a u-turn to get into hotel parking lot.

I loved the pool and everything they had to offer in the hotel and they were very on top of things but I did notice some dirtiness, like the sheets and the shower wouldn't flow properly because of it being clogged.

Our overall experience was pleasant and we will certainly consider coming back again. The buffet breakfast provided lots of options. The pool area was clean and lifeguards were attentive. There were two occasions where the pool area was rowdy, out of the '9 days we were there but management was great at handling conflicts. Living rooms were clean, and provided variety of towels, tissue, two conditioners to shampoos and two soaps. Also there is a gift shop/store on the property that was open late night that had everything you could imagine they were fairly priced. There was also a bar and a restaurant. For us it was about 15 minutes to magic Kingdom, a little over an hour to Legoland. 1 hour 20 min from Daytona and 2 hours from Clearwater. Other attractions that were close by that we visited where Disney springs, icon park, an airboat ride, and Nona lake adventure Park all within about 30 minutes. You're also about 30-40 minutes away from the airport.

We were really shocked by this place. Yes it’s old and outdated but the room was big and decent for the price. Wish they had more then one hot tub so can be adults and then kids. The worst thing trying to be in hot tub and a bunch of kids jump in and throwing around a ball in the hot tub. Other then that it was good

Easy check in, clean, free coffee and breakfast with Expedia. The pool and lazy river were clean and lots of fun for the kids. Walmart and restaurants near by. We stayed for our Disney vacation and will return.

The property was nice but the vacationers were extremely noisy. When I called the front desk nothing was done to stop the banging on our door or the running in the hallways at 11pm. There are cameras throughout the property so I am sure staff saw what was happening. These same people all all made being in the pool unsafe with the cannonballs they were doing. A bus load of vacationers took over the property and made it unpleasant to be there. I would not go back.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable! I would say the only downside was we were there on a Friday night and some of the other guests were less than desirable! All in all it was a great hotel for the money!!

This WAS my favorite hotel every time I took a Florida trip twice a year.. this stay around no one came to clean our room till 3 days into our stay and my car was broken into in the back parking lot. Went to the front desk next morning like my husbands company phone was stolen and all of our car chargers- they said they supposedly have a security guy gave me his contact information I reached out to him no response, went down to the front desk multiple times in the week I was there he was never around and the staff at the front desk didn’t seem to care… at check out I was given the mangers email- sent a email and it’s been almost a week and still no response from anyone! Check in also took super long like they only have one person at the front desk.. super disappointed will not be staying here again!

Room was a good size and very good for price and location! Comfortable beds and the air conditioning was working great! Rooms were super clean - and close to Disney. Breakfast buffet and staff needs improvement - but overall recommend for a Disney in a budget trip!
