Great place!

We had a great time here and no problems. House is very clean and decorated nicely. We didn't cook here since we wanted to try out some new restaurants, but the kitchen is well stocked. The pool and hot tub are amazing!!

Family vacation. May 2024

Would highly recommend this house to any family travelling. We had our two kids ages 3 and 5, plus my parents age 70. This house was perfect for both ends of the age spectrum. Good location also for Orlando Parks.

Winter vacation

This is an excellent 4 bed 2 bath home with a clean and fully equipped kitchen. It has a fantastic clean pool with a view across a small lake. The owners are wonderful to work with. The management team is best in class. We would recommend this home to any family wanting a wonderful stay in the Orlando area.

Family Disney Trip

We really enjoyed staying here! The heated pool was a great way to relax and unwind after visiting the parks. The pool lights weren't working when we checked in because of recent power outages. The host was quick to respond and got it fixed right away!

Dash of Disney

Stayed 4 nights to pop into Disney for old time sake. Home is very handy for attractions, shopping and dining, but away from the hubub. Nice and quiet. Lovely well appointed home in a very quiet estate, not too sure about weelie bins left in street all the time though. Had a lovely stay. Thank you

Baseball Trip

We were down for a week to watch college baseball in the area. This place was perfect to unwind and gather with the family. With enough space to get some privacy for the kids. The kitchen has all the things you need to cook at home, and grocery stores are close by. The pool and spa were amazing and the south facing view kept the sun on the area all day long! We will stay here again if the baseball team comes back to the area.

Lovely Home

This house felt comfortable right away, clean, very well stocked. Quiet and comfortable master bedroom. The pool was so clean and relaxing, it was great to come back and be able to swim what ever time you want! Julie was one of the best communicators we have had, she got back to us with every question and was very patient with a payment issue we had.

Family vacation

We surprised the kids with a trip to Disney over there birthdays (7&8) we had a wonderful time it was clean, close to Disney, grocery store, gas station etc. it was my husband and I and our children. My mother and uncle also joined us for a few days so we needed some space. We had the perfect amount of rooms and bathrooms for us all to feel spread out. It was beautiful and the pool is nice and private. Any questions I ever had Julie was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We will definitely be staying again in the future. M. Ripp

Fabulous!

We totally enjoyed staying at the house! We are a family of four adults, and we loved everything about the property. The hostess was very easy to work with, getting back to us within hours about any questions we had. The hot tub was wonderful on these cold Florida evenings, yes it was cold which surprised us! The view out back is so peaceful and serene. We enjoyed how clean the property was, especially the swimming pool. There was not a speck of anything in that pool! The commutes to the parks and restaurants was very easy to navigate, with several newer restaurants in the area. We highly recommend this rental as it has everything that you could possibly want!

Just as we hoped it to be!

The home is accurately pictured and described. Some in our group said it was bigger than they expected from the pictures. The communication throughout our booking and assistance from the hosts was exceptional as well as readily accommodating as we made a couple of booking adjustments early on. The house is easily assessible to the Disney Parks, close to a Publix for groceries as well as other places to eat. Beds were comfortable and we slept very well! Fl. was having a chilly spell our week so we used the pool and spa only minimally, but enjoyed the ability to swim some laps a few days and to enjoy some sun on the loungers outside. We were very pleased with this rental.

Good house.

The house was very clean. It comes furnished with just about everything you would need to have a good stay. My only let down was the house is very close to the neighbors on both sides. So close that there is NO. Privacy while in the pool. They neighbor was very nice and we didn't have any problems at all. Just didn't realize how close they are. But then again there is picture of the house so I guess I should have noticed.. I'd stay again if I'm ever in the area

Fantastic house in a lovely area.

We have been fortunate to visit Orlando on several occasions, but this villa has been our favourite. To begin with, the communication between us and the owner has been superb, very quick responses to any queries we had from before we booked, all the way through to when we were staying in the property. In fact, Julie was able to resolve an issue we had with the washing machine very quickly to ensure we weren't without a laundry facility to the point where a new machine was purchased and installed within 1 working day! The pool and the lake view are just as good as the pictures show and the house is incredibly spacious and well-appointed. Tip: we stayed in Oct/Nov and we arranged fkr pool heating, it was totally worth it! Without question we would stay in the villa again. Thanks Julie and Kevin!
