ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Items provided for your arrival:
1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap, and 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom
2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen
2 laundry detergent pods in the laundry room
We do not provide washcloths due to hygiene concerns.
We recommend purchasing hygiene and cleaning products at Walmart if staying for more than 2 days.
All beds come with sheets, duvets, and pillows.
Bath towels and hand towels are provided for the number of guests accommodated.
We do not replace bed linens and towels during your stay. Each house has a washer and dryer for guest use.

POOL HEATING:
The pool heating system works by HEAT EXCHANGE and may not function properly in extremely cold temperatures.
Pool heating is an optional service and can be added to the reservation for $45.00 per night (minimum of 3 nights) with at least 2 days’ advance notice before arrival.
The pool temperature will be set between 85°F - 90°F (29°C - 32°C). If payment is made after 3.00 PM, the service will be activated the next day. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
The heater pump has a safety system that may shut down temporarily in extremely cold weather to prevent overheating.

BBQ GRILL USAGE RULES:
The grill operates with propane gas, and there is a fixed fee of $65.00 per stay. This covers post checkout cleaning and propane replacement.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES):
Guests can receive packages at the house during their stay. Deliveries will be left at the doorstep. If the USPS (United States Postal Service) is used, the package will be returned to the sender, as USPS does not recognize vacation homes as valid residential addresses.
UPS, DHL, and FedEx will leave packages at the doorstep.
We are notresponsible for any lost or forgotten items after checkout.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE:
Daily housekeeping is NOT included in the rental rate. The house will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in by a professional cleaning company.
Fresh linens and towels will be available in the unit.
Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL:
The resort provides daily trash collection.
Please use the resort's designated trash bins to maintain cleanliness.
Unbagged or excessive trashmay result in a $100.00 fine.

HOUSE RULES:
Minimum booking age: 21 years old.
No parties or events allowed – subject to a $1,000 fine.
Maximum occupancy: 15 guests.
Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited – subject to a $350 fine.
Pets are NOT allowed – subject to a $100 fine per day.
Guest names and contact details (adults only) must be provided before arrival.
Door code will be sent one day before arrival.
Outdoor security cameras are located at the front door and patio.

LATE CHECK-IN AFTER11 PM: Guests must notify us in advance so we can arrange check-in accordingly.

RESORT ACCESS:
Entry to the condominium requires presenting your reservation at the gate.
The check-in process is facilitated through a door access code.
Guests have full access to all clubhouse amenities.
